I am now on my third PC from Cyberpower. I still have the other two and they still work. My new PC had no issues with set-up and is currently performing great. I have not to date had any issues which required tech assistance from Cyberpower. That said, i did contact them previously as i wanted to put some more RAM in my machine. They supplied said ram and that also went without issue. Based on my experiences so far i can heartly recommend this builder!

Overall pretty happy with the build. It does loose a point as I feel the system wasn’t stressed tested enough during the build. In the configuration that was shipped, the GPU was hitting 88-90c under full load to the point it was thermal throttling. I later found out that this was due to the GPU not getting enough cooling due to being hung vertically. Not anything CyberPower did wrong as this was the default card orientation for this specific case(Tower 600), but I do feel this would have been picked up during a more thorough stress test and if so, it would have been nice for CyberPower to advise on how to best position this card. Having switched the build to be in a horizontal position, the GPU temps dropped 20c instantly and is now stable. Apart from that I’m very happy with the system.

I'm in my 60's, I don't know much about computers but the CyberPowerPC UK website is easy to navigate and points out mistakes,like,the case is too small for the motherboard or graphics card. Which is really helpful. They build it and send it to you. I unpacked it, plugged it in and I was away! I'm very happy with my new computer.

Great, but had issues with WiFi even though drivers were installed i had to troubleshoot for hours to figure out why the WiFi wasn't working. I hoped that everything would have been tested thoroughly seeing as i spent over £7000. Other than that the PC is a beast and no other issues once the WiFi issue was sorted. Would recommend not using their fastest delivery as it seems they didn't have time to test the WiFi. Im sure they do test everything with more time.

The whole experience from navigating the website to the communication and then the delivery was flawless. Everything about the pc is beautiful how ever they didn’t test the parts correctly I got the elgato capture card with it but bcoz the motherboard shares bandwidth every time I use the capture card after 2 mins of usage it crashes the pc . Sadly I didn’t even get the box for the elgato so I could least try and sell it
