Ordered a high end pc from cyperpowerpc. Unbeknownst to me, the motherboard I had selected wasn't in stock (even after a successful stock check during the order process). They took a risk to accept my order and take the money immediately for a part they didn't have. After the latest dispatch date arrived (2 weeks), they sent my order out and it arrived quickly via DPD. On inspection, they shipped a different motherboard. Which was a different manufacturer and chipset (x870 instead of x870e), and the wrong colour (was black, when I was doing a white build) and cheaper than the one I ordered with no refund. They didn't even contact me before sending to see if this was acceptable. Most companies would realise they made a mistake, and upgrade the customer for their inconvenience, not downgrade. After talking to them, they offered to take it back go half's on an upgrade, which I didn't think was acceptable and couldnt accommodate the delay even if I wanted to as I wasn't home to conduct the switch or take the delivery again. The options offered were every much around THEM being the customer and not accepting fault. At this point it's more than just correcting the order, its about entering into a support contract with a company that has this mindset. I went for a full refund and I'll be building one myself. I tried to save myself time but ended up wasting it with this company.

The whole experience from start to finish was a positive one. The website allowed me to select my own custom configuration and made it clear if I tried to select items that were not compatible with others. The process was straightforward and the communication throughout was good. My new machine arrived on the due day and worked out of the box. I'm delighted with its looks, build quiality and its performance. I will not hesitate to use Cyberpower again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new rig.

Really nice machine. My wife loves it. temperatures are decent and games/streams like a beast. A bit of a story with this one. I starting building her one myself. Built it up, switched it on, wouldn't post. Board was saying issue with CPU/RAM. I have been building PC's for 20+ years and never had this much of a headache building my own machine. I ended up sending it all back and just buying her a machine from Cyberpower. it didn't cost much more getting them to build it and send it out in fact I am considering doing it again for my machine to upgrade my Ryzen 7 3800X. I either got a dodgy Ryzen 7 9800X3D or this new CPU socket is extremely fragile. But a couple of months on and my wife's machine is still running like a dream.

I had a number of doubts as I’m very pessimistic especially sinking thousands into a company I’ve never used before. I’ve never bought a super high-end system before. The systems I’ve bought in the past have always been low to mid level gaming desktops. I also read a number of negative reviews despite the vast majority being positive. From ordering to the machine being built, tested and delivered, everything went smoothly. I even managed to add extra fans after the machine was built, that’s fantastic customer service. The response time of queries was only a few hours. I expected something to go wrong, but nothing did. After close to 2 weeks of testing, everything works perfectly, I’ll enclose brief stats for the system (AMD 9800X3D, NVIDIA 5090, 32GB 5200mhz Ram). I’m overjoyed that I made the right choice with this company and would highly recommend them. I will for sure be using this company again.
