This is my third pc from Cyberpower, and cannot fault their service, my old gaming pc was behind the curve and for the amount to upgrade I opted for the option to buy a new one. They have loads of configuration options when choosing you model, from sound cards to memory etc. The delivery is via DPD, and although I selected standard delivery you can opt for a next day service (on selected models), so from order to delivery was about 10 days. Would recommend Cyberpower for all you computer needs.

No problems, whatsover with this PC. I got it for Elite Dangerous Odyssey and can play on ultra settings. Everything is smooth. Steam pops up almost instatntly. I did not realize CyberPwer were based in Gateshead; I used to live there for many years. This PC is mint, like.

Top company, top build and fast delivery once despatched. The only thing I'd like to have improved was how quickly it was built and delivered between order and being received. If it could all be done within 7 days from order then there wouldn't be a company that could beat Cyberpower. Either way, would order from them again no question.

This purchase has proved very good. Fan cooled CPU not to noisy under full load, virtually silent under non gaming activities. All the peripherals appear good quality and are working well. The MSI 32 inch curved screen with the adjustable refresh rate (mine is currently set at 100Hz) which works well with my Simulation games.

I bought this pc to replace my old gaming pc also from cyberpower but after eight years of service it was time for an upgrade and this one ticked all the right boxes for me. After a quick phone call to check on upgrades to standard system more ram and all the fans all light up the same plus other little bits like cable tidy it looks very neat I ordered it straight away. This system works well is really cool to look at fans all light up and it runs stalker 2 on epic settings much better than my old system which was running it on low and looks good doing it what's not to like, I will go back to cyberpower for my next system in another eight years lol . .they just do a good job at a good price keep up the good work.

Absolutely amazing system, been playing on it for the past 3 weeks and minecraft runs so smoothly while getting 1.5k - 2.5k frames per second! even without optimising! cs go also runs amazing, this system is very aesthetically built and just all in all looks and performs great. 10/10

Was in communication to add more fans apon realising it didn't come with the fans in the photo, however while in communication they had already shipped the PC. If communication was quicker this may not of happened my PC looks bland, boring and I am worried it will overheat. Overall very upset with what I paid.

Having looked at many PC building companies, I couldn't match the price from CyberpowerPC. I used the online chat to discuss which parts would be best for my needs and they were very helpful. Also no hard sales which I liked, just genuine advice. Delivery was on time and the PC set up was easy, I have already recommended to a friend who is looking for a new PC.
