The PC system is fantastic. Amazing speed and versatility. Only disappointed was delivery time of PC. It was over a week late from first delivery date. This was not Cyberpower UK’s fault but that of the courier DPD and the postal strike of which DPD took on additional responsibilities from Royal Mail. In my opinion DPD overstretched themselves to the detriment of their original customers.

Their prices were pretty competitive and had a lot of choice What let them down is they forgot to use a part as part of the build and simply sent it to me instead, un-opened and unused. I contacted their customer service to rectify it and was told they are "looking into it". I since followed up and was told the same thing. It's been weeks now and still no response. So, while I do like the PC, it was delivered before expected and they had a lot of choices during the build, their quality check during build and after sale appear to be lacking.

Delivery was earlier than expected. I also had an issue with some games not working as expected. The support team was very proactive and responsive to my queries. Sadly they were not able to solve the issue but I managed to figure it out myself. Turns out windows 11 defender can stop games from working properly so try turning it off if you have issues with FPS!!!! overall a great experience. I love this PC

Honestly 0 complaints about the whole process. Arrived earlier than expected and if you do your research you won't have any nasty surprises. I've seen some reviews complaining about the default fans supplied and how they didn't know about it, the information is all there just spend an hour or two before dropping £1000's on it. When in need again, I will be ordering from this company.

No major issue but smaller details required my attention. I was lacking certain wires(to connect RGB NZXT fans). I wasn't sent leftover thermopaste initially, I did confimr it should have been sent prior to order. 3 Extra case fans were not installed and included seperately instead. Paid extra for professional wiring and it looks fab on front but holy mess in the back. Otherwise very happy.

Well I received my pc Xmas eve I bought pre built as gpu prices are out of hand so building my own pc was out of the question and so far it's been excellent no issues outside of windows 11 being a pain in the backside but buying from cyberpower was a painless experience they kept me informed and offered me choices when my original gpu wouldn't be available in time for a pre Xmas delivery and handled all my queries excellently would 100% recommend purchasing from cyberpower uk.

Really helpful people. Explained what was compatible with what and what was overkill. When monitor was put on back order the delay was minimal although a phone prompt after a week did help, it was delivered within 48hrs.
