Having looked at many PC building companies, I couldn't match the price from CyberpowerPC. I used the online chat to discuss which parts would be best for my needs and they were very helpful. Also no hard sales which I liked, just genuine advice. Delivery was on time and the PC set up was easy, I have already recommended to a friend who is looking for a new PC.
This pc is quality! I did have a few addons so it isnt the basic model, but it's beautifully built and the wiring is so clean

Upon recommendation from cust service staff member (who was very pleasant & helpful) I upgraded to a 4070ti, a 850psu and an extra 4 fans. Other than that, this is the model I ordered. Easily the most powerful PC I’ve owned, it runs everything I’ve tried at max settings, even MSFS in 4K. Only 2 weeks in, but so far I love it. My 3rd rig from this company and they’ve yet to let me down. I cannot comment on after-sales service as I’ve not yet needed to ever contact them with any issues.
Really happy with this machine had a problem where a fan was connected to the wrong header but I just switched it to the right one and since then it’s been aces. Speedy delivery arrived on the day stated and all good
Very happy with the new computer and the progress reports along with quick delivery time.
Purchased Infinity X137 with some extra tweaks. Ordering and configuring on the website was easy. Delivery was within the 10 day time frame. PC was well packaged, very well built and worked out of the box with no issues. Runs games happily at 1440p. On the occasions I needed to talk to Cyberpower the communication was alway prompt and accurate. I can only say my purchase was drama free, the actual products quality and operation is excellent ++ and everything I hoped for in a good PC. Would use this company again every time. Thank you Cyberpower.
great PC, build time was speedy and had no issues at all
Computer appears to be well built and worked straight out of the box, price for the spec seems good, you would be hard pushed to build a machine with this spec on your own for a cheaper price. Only slight niggle was I increased the RAM to 64 GB of DDR5 Ram 6000 Mhz, upon receiving the PC discovered the RAM was only running at 5400 mhz, queried this with Cyberpower who told me told me my CPU could only run at a max of 5600 mhz and they had to set it at 5400 mhz to make my system stable. It would have been nice if cyberpower had given me the option to reduce the speed of the RAM and save a couple of quid, before they sent the PC. In all fairness they did offer to replace the RAM but the hassle of sending that RAM back and waiting for the replacement didnt seem worth it. Overall very happy with PC and would buy from CyberPower again.

my pc delievered to me without quality checks. my pc came with outdated bios settings which makes my 6000mhz rams not supported. i couldnt even turn on the pc till i take proffesinal help from my friend. shame
Just overall great experience all over everything, bought the X137 (was highly modified of it) and did every single thing I asked like put in the notes about dual channeling RAM/Systems memory as per the motherboards manual and they did it. To say I'm thoroughly impressed with their speedy delivery because of not wanting to overclock it (as per what they say on the site though my dad thought it wasn't the case) would be an understatement. Thank you ever so much Cyberpower and hope everyone that works with you has an amazing weekend, you thoroughly deserve it!

More expensive than other online companies. System came with a defective cooler. It was returned and replaced but a cable wasn't connected for the rgb fan lights.
Very fast, very quiet, solidly built
Seemed incredibly good value for the sum of the parts, and also pleased with the choice of components available. Almost too much choice! System seems very well built, good tidy cabling and minimal bloatware installed.
Delivery time and the contents of my order went perfectly. Components are a bit pricey. Although it is mainly down to the manufacturers of the components, it is nonetheless true.
