I’ve been really impressed with my experience from start to finish with CyberPower PC. The price was excellent, the build quality is top-notch, and the cable management is incredibly tidy. The system looks fantastic and performs brilliantly. I decided to keep my old GPU and informed CyberPower which one I’d be installing. They made sure a power cable was available and confirmed that the GPU would be compatible with the system. Overall, I’m extremely happy with their service and have no doubt I’ll be returning to them in the future.

I fully customized it with a 14th gen i5, 32gb ddr5 ram, a pcie5 capable motherboard, a modular psu and 5070. Apart form keeping the main power cord inside the case when an accessory bag was provided seemed a missed opportunity but the system was delivered on time, intact, and ready to use straight away. I was overall happy with the whole process.

Had a good experience with the delivery and receiving the PC. Gave three stars because when I got the PC it didn't work. Hit the power button and the PC lights just went on and off. Took it to a repair shop, and their diagnosis said the motherboard was faulty. Just disappointed because I didn't think this would happen since cyber power tests the build before sending it to the customer.
