Two weeks in with new machine and it's a joy. I went to Cyberpower with three recommendations behind my judgement and they did not disappoint. 11/10 customer service, super speedy delivery and excellent packaging. I highly recommend them.

21 days and still not got my money back. I never seen the pc and the staff working on getting my money back isn't doing it. I contacted my bank today after being told by cyberpoweruk to wait 3-5 working day (this is 6working days now) just for the bank to tell me that cyberpoweruk hasn't even done the refund yet

Good service, good pc and monitor, I didn’t want to pay for quicker assembly, because I altered some of components, so had to wait just over a week :) but it was worth a wait. Highly recommended.

No far no issues, 2 weeks into use. No problem loading my old PC software onto it. Much quicker, as expected. Very happy with the service from the team as well who pointed out I missed a component and recommended another I was stuck between 2 choices on. Only a 4 for value because I bought a bit too soon, just as different components were going on sale.

Product is great. Exactly what I was looking for in a high end gaming PC. Customer service was prompt and very helpful. In terms of build quality, there was a component screw loose and rattling within the casing. I do understand that this quite possibly happened in transit and no fault of the builder.
