Delivery was faster than expected. They kept me well informed on the delivery process too. The guy who delivered the computer was very friendly too. The product itself is amazing. I can run games like Oblivion Remastered and Baldurs Gate 3 on ultra which my old pc couldn’t run on minimum quality so a big improvement there. For the price I’ve paid it seems good enough and hopefully it’ll stand the test of time a bit better than my old one. It came with a really good wifi adapter as well which is 10x better than my old one (same WiFi this one just receives 10x more mbps).

I’ve been really impressed with the overall experience, from placing the order through to delivery. The ordering process was straightforward, and I appreciated the level of customisation available. You can tell these aren’t off-the-shelf builds, which made the end result feel much more tailored to what I needed. There was a slight delay with my order due to a faulty hard drive which was picked-up during testing, specifically the 8TB Samsung 9100 Pro SSD I had selected. These things can happen with custom build components, so the delay was understandable. What stood out, though, was the communication: they called me directly to explain the issue and kept me informed, which I really valued. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a custom-built PC and want a smooth, well-communicated experience.

Really lovely computer Unfortunately let down by DPD who could not find my residence so threatened to leave it on the pavement 5 minutes from where I live. They refused to drive it down the road to where I live so I had to carry it half a mile.
