Really lovely computer Unfortunately let down by DPD who could not find my residence so threatened to leave it on the pavement 5 minutes from where I live. They refused to drive it down the road to where I live so I had to carry it half a mile.
I have waited about 3 weeks after receiving my PC before writing this review. Excellent customer service. I didn't have enough space on my motherboard for a Wi fi card as I had ordered a dedicated sound card. They phoned me up to inform me. I decided to leave the Wi fi card out and get it refunded, which only took a couple of days to go back into my account. The PC was despatched before the estimated date and arrived within a couple of days. It was well packaged without any damage. It booted first time and has continued to work perfectly. A great experience from start to finish. The case is great, very easy to open. I was used to the old ones where you had to unscrew the back to release the side panel. This one swings open from the front. I am glad the front of the case had a USB C socket as this has gotten over the problem of connecting a wired headset to work with Xbox Party Chat, and discord. (I don't have a Bluetooth card in the PC) I didn't pay for the express service, I was not in a rush for it. From time off order to delivery was about 2 weeks. Which was fine for me as I still had my old PC to use. Overall I have been extremely please with the whole experience from ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend them. And when it comes time to upgrade again I will come back and order from them again. Sorry no pictures uploaded, I haven't hoovered the carpet lol

An excellent custom pc, I heavily modified the spec, it's well built and running really well, looks beautiful, I'm very pleased with it.

It has everything i ordered and more quieter than my last cyberpower pc purchased over 10 years ago via PC World. If I had seen a better picture on line on the case I may have adjusted some of components I ordered
I adjusted the spec of this machine slightly to suit my own requirements and so far (3 weeks in) it has performed as expected. Pleased so far.
