VERY PROFESSIONAL STUFF. WONDERFUL ADVICE AND PROMPT SHIPMENT.

I bought a Sonos Play:5 from CyberSelect. It was about £30 cheaper than most places. Was very easy to arrange a delivery for a day that suited me without having to pay extra - rare that you can find that sort of service. So all-in-all would recommend. Worth knowing that if it is your first purchase they will contact you to arrange to pay by bank transfer rather than credit card.

Value orders were small to CyberSelect (at least I hope they considered them small!! :-), but their attention to detail couldn't have been better.

Quick turnaround for a quality product. 1 phone call after placing the order to change the delivery address was no problem, with a courtesy email letting me know the product was dspatched for delivery. Recommended.

I wanted a US style backbox which are quite difficult to come by. Cyberselect stocked the box I wanted and it came next day.

My only criticism was that the cost of the courier outweighed the cost of the item. Would have been better for me had it gone Royal Mail at a fraction of the cost.

CyberSelect stock some really good home automation products at competitive prices. The delivery service is excellent.

A web site full of strong product description and detail info on how to use and wire it.

If your stuck just ring in, super help and advice and they always take time to explain in simple terms.

I was looking for some equipment on line for my new tv cinema at home. Cyberselect came up on goggle search. I hadn't used the company previously. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Fast and efficient service. Well done.

I came across cyber select via a google search for wiring layouts for distributing tv around the home. I rang the contact number and spoke to a very helpful chap, I explained my needs (which was not straight forward). I then received an email from cyber select which had wiring diagrams, a detailed product list with links direct to the component. My project is to be completed over some time so I only wanted to purchase part of the list to start with, the owner was very polite, helpful and gave me the impression that if I wanted any further help or information I only had to call again.
I am definitely going to be ordering from here in the future. You may find some components a little cheaper elsewhere but they do not come with the help and knowledge that cyber select has.

Cyber select service was perfect in every way. Very prompt service even throughout the festive period. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ordered the wrong gear and called thier office to explain my situation and the gentleman took his time to explain other options to me. Realising that I was working to a deadline, he proceeded to dispatch alternative replacement while I sent the original back. I'll get my refund when they get my returned items! Got my stuff 2 days later...

Service was quick and efficient, however I had no idea the order cruelly went through as I got no confirmation email and the items literally turned up a few days later.

So good service overall but need to communicate that order has been received/dispatched better

Placed my order in the morning, had it the next afternoon. Why can't all internet shops be like this?
