While the website is a little complex due to the large number of components sold, once ordered, I was surprised not only at the friendly email notifications on progress of my order, but also their speed. My order arrived within 24 hours of placement - fantastic experience all round.

Very easy to find items on their website. Placed and waited. Customer services department contacted me by telephone and email to inform that there was not enough stock of the items to fulfill my order. They provided me alternative products some they did not stock and supplied other useful advice about cables I was thinking of buying. They shipped all items very promptly. I found the overall experience of buying from CyberSelect a very informative and pleasant. I would recommend them.

Great advice from John who clearly knew his stuff and no pressure to buy. Would shop there again tomorrow.

The TV bracket was a specialist item but it was in stock at a much lower price than most. Arrived as promised with no problems at all.

CyberSelect were great. i was looking for particular loudspeakers. CyberSelect had them. I ordered, paid, then phoned them to arrange delivery on a particular day.
That is exactly what happened! Can't ask for anything more!

I ordered some electric curtain rails which had to be specially shaped for a bay window. John at Cyberselect worked with me to get the measurements correct and spoke to the curtain rail company to ensure that they were delivered a day ahead of when they normally would have been as that was the only day I was available to receive them. I couldn't have asked for better service and the price was the lowest I could find so I wouldn't hesitate to use Cyberselect in the future.

Kept me well informed at each stage. Goods arrived sooner than I expected. Will happily use you again.

Item received incomplete, when I tried to call to resolve the issue "company is on holiday for two weeks - this machine does not accept voicemail" therefore stuck with an item I can't use until they return from holiday, great.

Now received a replacement FOC before shop was due to reopen from its two week break, thank you.

I was very happy buying from this website. They called me to tell me of an alternative way of having my switch which turned out to be a much better way of doing it. Would recommend and use again myself!

A great range of products (that are of interest to me anyway) and phone sales support that was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only fly in the ointment was that the unit I purchased came with a 110v power supply that required me to purchase separately a 110-240 converter. The web descrip for the product didn't mention the voltage of the power supply, only that it came with one! Only an extra £7 at Maplins, but a tad inconvenient and a time waster... Nevertheless, I will be back for more of their stuff no doubt, it is tasty and they seem to know their onions.
