The shop is a lovely environment. Each of the staff welcoming and efficient. Prices fair and work spot on. Even though there was a snag the team found a way round it and got me back on the road. All round a good job and no doubts about giving cycle-street my business in the future.

Fantastic job guys my bike had a faulty motor the bike came from Evans cycles .it developed a fault after I bought it so it was still under warranty so took it to cycle street and they sorted it out very good service polite staff.

Good service from CycleStreet on my five year old electric bike. They rang me up to discuss an issue with the wired-in rear light which we thought would be easy for them to resolve, but which had the potential not to be, and we came to the amicable conclusion that I might as well continue using the rechargeable light which I already had instead of getting the problem fixed. (May get it fixed on my next visit.) Good value too and no upselling.

Since we bought our bikes in summer 2020, Cycle Street have been most helpful in keeping us on the road. Even earlier in the year when, because of an orthopaedic problem, one of us needed shorter cranks temporarily, Cycle Street helped us sort the problem out. We had the bikes serviced at our last visit and, once again received very good service. We consider Cycle Street good value for money.

I called CycleStreet in need of a bike part that was proving difficult to find. They didn't have the part, but they found a supplier that did and called me to let me know. Good service doesn't get any better than this.

Cycle Street recently sorted an issue with the front disc brake on my road bike. Got great service and all fixed but then had to take it in again, when this time there was an issue with the rear brake. Great, speedy service again and this time no charge. They said it was an easy fix and only took the mechanic a few minutes. I think a lot of bike shops would've found a way to charge £10-15, so really nice to have an honest, helpful place to take my bike.

Expected to pay 140.00 .They are such honest people only did what i needed doing cost 45.00 Lovely guys would recommend to anyone perfect Thanks guys

Fantastic service with a smile. Great job done by Cycle Street, They give good advice too. I have a rear in hub gear, some places won't touch it, i've had extortionate prices to pay if other places can fix a rear puncture, but these guys and gals can repair at a good price and quickly. Well done and thank you so much!
