Always on time and sell great products at decent prices!!

Getting to order online and then go to any store to return it was very helpful. I ordered 2 sizes too small, but luckily a cycle gear abt 90 minutes from me had it in stock, and they made the trade with no issues.

The price was great. I was worried that the quality of my product would be subpar. I was delightfully surprised when I got my jacket. It seems pretty well thought out and executed. The biggest test would be a crash test, so I'm hoping I'll never actually have to test it.

The people in the store were super friendly. HOWEVER. The Sedici motorcycle jacket I bought from them lost a zipper in the first hour. Clearly a manufacturing defect. I life a few hours away from the store and while they are able to deal with returns online, I have to go back to the store I bought it in. So if you live close by, you may consider buying from them. But if not, I would not recommend that. After all, Sedici is there house brand they don't stand behind -- tells you something.

It was super simple with the Cycle Gear's website and having a tire shop (Spec-1) next door. They took care of everything once I paid. Very convenient and straight forward.

Site is easy to find items. The descriptions of items are great. The buckles are going to take some time getting use to, especially since I have been using the BOA system for over 4 years.

Store staff was amazing, when it came to ordering and getting the parts I needed.

Everything was correct and on time

The messaging was confusing on when item woul dbe available for pick up and i had to call the store to verify it had arrived.

Ship to store took about 10 days, store was very difficult to find, it was listed on 10th Street in McAllen but it was west of 11th Street back behind the mall

I ordered a product straight from my cellphone after receiving a notification for a promotion.
The product arrived three days later with free shipping.

Finally received my exchange. RPM should have been 2 days; it arrived on the fourth. Otherwise, great product.

Misty was helpful ov communication and responded to all my messages.

I received my order but the wrong part was sent so I had to return it. The item did not match the description.
