My helmet model was easy to find and pay for. I also received it two days earlier than expected.

I tried on helmets at the Raleigh store - they did not have the Arai I wanted in my size, so they ordered one for me. I returned and tried it on, and did not like the fit. The guys spent the time to find me a Shoei that fits like a glove, in the color that I wanted. Then they took care of all the paperwork for the switch-out, and found about three discount deals that saved me money. Great people working at your Raleigh store! Thanks!

Cycle gear has an amazing selection of items and they're super helpful online and in store with anything you could think of. I went to the Riverdale UT store and they were super friendly and helpful, way more than any other powersports or other stores I've been to. They made me feel extremely welcome even being new to everything to the point where I hadn't even bought my first piece of gear yet, and JJ was a huge help with recommending helmets, boots, sizes for them, jackets and gloves, etc. Cyclegear is 100% where I'm going to get my first pieces of gear and will probably be my first pick in motorcycle stores for a long time!

I buy from Cycle Gear because I can touch and feel what I need and buy what I want without shipping back and forth. Please do not close the stores, layoff an executive to save money. Please do not layoff store personnel, sales personnel, buyers, administrative staff or warehouse personnel they are the reason why motorcycle people buy from you.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE???!! I was told TWO days. IT'S BEEN 9 DAYS. I no longer even need the thing because when I realized it wasn't showing up I ordered it on Amazon and had it the next day. I need it so I can send it back for a refund! WHERE IS IT CYCLE GEAR? I ordered 2 items. One showed up, one didn't. Customer service is no help.

I was able to find saddlebag guards for my bike at a better price AND received them significantly quicker than the manufacturer site. Very pleased.
