Product was delivered on time and with no issues, great bike, great service!

Ordered and delivered in a week. Had a phone call a couple of days before it got delivered saying the bike had been serviced and all I had to do was the peddles and straighten the handle bars. Bike came perfect.

A very bad business avoid at any cost major malfunction within the first 3 months and they will not engage at all. A shocking lack of customer service.
You are on your own and given this an online business, buyer beware.
I'm taking the complaint to trading standards.

Website was easy to navigate and find what I wanted. Lots of information on how the scheme works. Pricing and savings made clear. Staff really helpful and once the order was made the bike arrived really quickly, made and ready to go. I will use this company again in the future.

The website is very easy to use and has clear guidelines. I visited a shop on Saturday and received an order which I uploaded onto cycle solutions web site on Monday. All approved quickly and notified my bike was ready to collect on Friday. Excellent process overall and will recommend to colleagues in my company, Glasgow Life.

Really quick turnaround for a cycle to work scheme purchase: was called the same day, they had the all-clear from my work the next day, bike was delivered a few days later. Very easy!

Very straightforward to order my bike on the cycle to work scheme through Cycle Solutions, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and the delivery was prompt.

Service was great, really responsive and got the bike delivered in a couple of days after ordering it.
Only complaint was I didn't get a 3 pin plug connector for my ebike so had to buy one to connect the charger.
