Third class does not even deserve a star rating. I placed an order for a cod option and also agreed for the cod charges. My order was confirmed and i received an order number for the same via email. I needed the item for an upcoming cycling event due in 8 days. I relied on them as a genuine cycling website. 2 days passed and i received no reply or a call from them. They dont even have a contact number to reach. Just an idiot chatbot dont even know if its human or alien with which i communicated and the chat said the order will be shipped within the next that is 3rd day since i placed the order and i will get a tracking number from their logistics team. On the 4 th day i got an email from cyclop stating that they cannot ship the item due to some logistic reason and i will have to prepay it only then the technical reason will be resolved. I mean what the f***. If the item is not eligible they should have told me earlier while placing the order or immediately after the order was placed. Why waste 5 days of my time? I could have used another reputed seller. Cyclop is not the only one in the world as they think. Really bad experience. I have heard their return policies are a utter nonsense. You will never get your money back. You will be trapped in an infinite chain of emails. Not a reliable vendor. Not recommended. Advice to fellow cyclists “avoid them”

Very good customer service

Great shopping experience. The website is super user-friendly. I only wish if there were an option for fast shipping that would be great.

Delivery time takes long to deliver. Product does n't match with the size specifications as given along with product .There is no mention of how much the shorts would stretch to understand how waistline measurement would vary.

This is my second purchase. The Short is great, keeps me comfortably on saddle for Hrs. The longest time was 13 Hrs. Must for a cycle enthusiast.

I didn't get refund for the order I returned 😭😭

I had ordered Topeak Joeblow III pump on 25th April and still it is not delivered. The shipment had arrived in Bangalore from Mumbai on 28th April and still says delivery is expected on 4th May. Your delivery partner is worst than any other logistics company.

Severe delay in shipping. No response from customer support. No option to cancel order.

There are better options than cyclop. Was a mistake ordering from then. Never again ordering from them.

Packaging should be more attractive and product manual or brochure should be included in the Package. Overall experience is satisfactory.

It was good quality service

Extremely poor customer service. They reply by email once a day. No phone, no WhatsApp, nothing.

In the first order, they sent a used product while charging the price of new.

In the second, the product description of an item was inaccurate but they won't return it. Another item had a small manufacturing defect but they won't return.

Return policy is very customer-unfriendly. Very disappointing. Not buying anything from them ever again.

Avoid if possible. There are better sellers of the same stuff.

It being a week but still I didn't get my order.

Executive called before sending order to check - (fragile weight-weenie bottle cage). It arrived unscathed/was packed really well. As for the cage - like any lightweight bikes product, it has a limited working life. But till then, it's lighter than a lot of cages and is definitely bling (if it matches one's bike).
