Late delivery, bad system
I made an order which should pick it up from the store. I got an email that it will be in the store between 3 to 5 days. I went all the way to the store after 6 days and my order was not there. After 30 min waiting in the shop, they said we are sorry maybe we have problem with the system. They asked if i want refund or to send me the order again, i said sent the order again to my address because I don't want to go to the store again to pick it up, then they said i have to pay for sending which make no sense. At the end they send the order to local shop so I have to bring it from there. All these took almost 2 weeks.

Bike lights not working
Hi, I have now bought 4 lights for my bike.
The first 2 my husband bought and one didn’t work. Then I bought 2 again and the same has happened!
I’m really annoyed by this, only half the lights I have bought are working.
Can I have my money back please?
