Absolute shocking customer service,
If it actually exist. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an item of clothing off their website 3weeks ago, having paid £5.99 for delivery I would have expected to receive it in 3-4days. 3wks on and it's not even been shipped.
I've left countless comments on their videos on FB, fb messaged them and email both accounts I could find email address for and still heard absolutely nothing from them.
I was actually wanting to order afew item but weren't sure on sizing so ordered just one thing to be sure, I'm so glad I didn't waste any more money.
I have emailed wanting a refund as no one should be walking around advertising their business. None the less I don't think il be seeing that money again!!!!
Please avoid.

Whilst the videography might be top notch, the general running of the company leaves a lot to be desired. Sadly, I found Cypography to be rather unprofessional. Emails and messages on social media get ignored and they seem to have made it deliberately difficult to cancel memberships. Nothing is clear for the customer on the website and the whole experience isn't what I would call user friendly. Furthermore, my experience with the online shop was rather disastrous. They have no sizing charts available. So when you order the wrong size and attempt to exchange you can't because they have to contact a distribution company? Not sure why? I only wanted to deal with Cypography. Not a third party. I would avoid at all cost IMO.

Total scam

It took Them 4 month to cancel My membership.
You get a massage after cancelation saying a coupple of days, only to find out for 4 months still havent cancelled. Keep writing to Them, No answer and nothing happening.

Complete scam. When you cancel they still take payment and ignore emails, also block you on Facebook. I will be reporting to trading standards and going through small claims court. Any carp company dealing with him should be ashamed as he is stealing money when you have cancelled.

Used the cancellation request feature on the website and heard nothing for ~6 weeks. Sent multiple follow up emails all of which were ignored and was being billed throughout. In the end I cancelled my debit card as it's less hassle than dealing with Cypography - avoid!

Tried to cancel 3 times and still taking money out of my account with no reply to any emails. Shocking behaviour. Zero chance I’ll be refunded either for the 2 months I’ve not even used it.

Extremely poor content. Rehashing old videos. Why on earth does it take 10 days to cancel and then to find out that they have taken payment again. Then after emailing several times Gemma confirms refunded which is a lie. Think Elliott needs to give it up and realise Joe Morgan is so much better.

Awful system to cancel subscription! No response from emails. Avoid like the plague. Making it hard to cancel so they gain more money from you!

Really enjoyed using their service - all of the films are top top quality and very unique. Great value for what you get every month . Always doing special deals and giving their members chances to win big prizes!! Keep it up guys 😊

I have just had 3 payments removed from my account over a 3 week period absolutely disgusting another example of an online business taking advantage and hiding behind the Internet barrier to prevent any challenge to the way they are running their business and taking money from accounts of people who work hard for their money.
I am expecting a refund but not holding my breath be very careful using this service.

Have tried to cancel my subscription on 26th August via websites contact form was provided a link by Gemma Gray, but another direct debit still went out on 20th September & 20th October from my bank account. Very poor customer service from the owner Elliot Gray and Gemma Gray.

Content won't play/ load on my mobile Samsung S20 some videos are decent but I seldom want to watch video on a laptop.

Won't load/ play video content on my new Samsung S20 mobile when you try to fast forward or rewind it just goes black. Bit Misleading. Just want my £15.98 refunded asap!!

REVIEW OF THEIR SHOP ONLY.
Purchased over £60 worth of clothing from their shop when an offer was running to recieve possible bonus 'freebie' items during a promotion in September. My order included a (mandatory) 5.99 postage fee. Had a confirmation emails sent to me a few days later stating it had been shipped. 3 weeks later... nothing. Emailed a couple times and it took a week to get a response. When I got a response I was told they emailed me to say my complete order wasn't available (they did not) and they had set aside a different item for me. Had this not been a promotional based purchase I may of considered this offer but I've now missed out? what's the point!
My experience has not been a great one. Predominantly their response time and customer service has let them down.
Would have to offer something really special for me to commit to another purchase.
