The tragedy with Cyprus Post

Two days ago I had a call from a Cyprus Post courier saying that I should be at home because he was delivering a package to me. Although i had a lot to do outside I stayed at home waiting for the delivery which never happened. This was not the first time. What the courtiers do is that they report that they could not reach us so they return the package to the Cyprus post and we have to go and pick it up. Meanwhile they spend their free time doing their own business and just being lazy. I reported this today to a Cyprus post official when I went to pick the package that was supposed to be delivered (I had paid for delivery) and he admitted that the courier would have no consequences. Cyprus post is just another Cyprus government department with all the tragedy behind civil servants' respect to civilians.
