I received my package in the mail and…

I received my package in the mail and the battery is awful. It lights up for 2 seconds and turns off. I've tried charging it to full and it works for 1 puff and then dies. Very very disappointed

Device is excellent

Device is excellent! Problems with the stylus tip. This is the second one to have the tip fall off and get lost. I've contacted customer service about replacement tips, but haven't heard from them.

Awesome company!

The product is good

The product is good. One issue the release button is not spring loaded. Or maybe it is and mine is not working. Either case, two hands are required, to hold down the release and pull up the cartridge.
I also forgot to include the black friday discount code. Customer service was immediately responsive and credited my account for the difference.
