My order came thru before expected. I've only used the variable battery and its good, the low voltage lets you take good hits without heating up your substance to much.

My pen doesn’t work! When I first got it, I let it fully charge and it worked well for two days! And now all it does is blink red even though I’ll let it charge all night long! I don’t know what to do! There are no instructions anywhere! I want a refund since I can’t get it to work! Thank you!

Dabix is great. I did get 1dud but they gave me a free one when I went to order a new one. Overall, Stinger works great. I especially like the size. Thanks

Shipping was fast, but unfortunately this item was nothing at all close to what I was looking for. (Which I am sure is my fault) When I emailed (as was instructed on the page to obtain instructions blah blah blah) about returning said items, the response focused strongly on how I would have to pay for the original shipping that was free, the return shipping and a restocking fee. I guess pushing the idea that a return was pointless for any decent amount of a refund has probably resulted in a lot of money made just because the hassle wouldn't be worth it. I am definitely returning the item regardless, just out of principle at this point.

My first order was cancelled due to not having an apartment number for my house. The color option i wanted was not available when I ordered a second time. So I had to settle for a different color :/

I do love the dabix brand. Ever since I found this website I refuse to get my pens or batteries from anyone else. I really just wish I could win a bundle giveaway or even just win a hat for being such a loyal customer.

You guys did VERY POOR . CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Still waiting on a call back from the 15th of this month. You guys said you called & emailed about a product. You guys still haven't called mr. You supervisor must still be on lunch. You guys lied about emailing me also. Because if you would of caljed or emailed me. I would of picked another Puffco for My wife's Bday. Thanks for RUINING HER BDAY GIFT. I'll Never buy from you guys EVER

Edit: they did resolve this issue and refunded the price of the batteries. Amended my review to reflect customer service as it was good.

Bought a pack of cartridges, liquidizer and 2 510 batteries, {the cheapest ones they have albeit) and the batteries did not work at all, ended up just buying 2 new batteries at a local vape shop. Left a review on the batteries a few days ago, the review I wrote is still not visible and they have not tried to contact me about resolving this issue. As far as I can tell the cartidges are working great, but they are literally identical to the Chinese ones from Amazon and Ebay for a third of the price. The liquidizer is the best I've found out of 3, but it is PG based which will turn it brown over the time you use it and will start to not taste so good, but that is the only thing I will probably continue to buy from them.
