Terrible service

Ordered and completed billing and shipping information twice only to have order cancelled twice because their system doesn’t see my address as valid. I have ordered without problem several times, and fail to understand the issue. They’ve lost my business.

Fast shipping and good price but only partly happy

Fast shipping and good price. I received 2 batteries. I would give 5 stars just for the 510 Thread 350 mAh Variable Voltage Battery in Gunmetal - very nice. However, I'm dropping my review to 3 stars for the "zero star" 510 Thread Buttonless Autodraw Battery which is junk and did not work on arrival (The end lights up red while drawing but nothing gets heated).

Simply impressed

The piece was high quality

The piece was nice. I am impressed by the quality and timing product was delivered. It delivered earlier than the tracking ETA. I like how it gives an option to see how fast your product will be delivered to you. The price of the product was very appropriate for the device. I appreciate it and will most likely become a frequent customer.

Broken

I bought one. It broke after a month and I don’t even use it often. I bought another, it broke after two weeks. The button gets stuck and won’t turn on.
