The item arrived quickly, but showed up in a smashed box. The item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my sister, but it’s disappointing to have to send her a damaged box. I can’t open it to make sure the item isn’t damaged because it’s a gift. Was just a little bummed.

If it worked like it was supposed to I would love it. I don’t return things and it is handy as a back up. Works for one hit, then not again til you recharge again.

They refunded me in a timely fashion for my unit that didn't work!

As of right now unless they replace my Stinger 2 I'm very dissatisfied. The free gift they sent lasted a whole day before the button on the end quit clicking therefore rendering it useless. I emailed them about a issue with my Stinger 2 Rainbow in Color and Gavin responded with a question and that's all I got. Three days later I'm starting to get a bit irritated. You'd think I was asking for a total refund when all I want is the Stinger 2 replaced and I would be happy as could be. I was very excited to get these items and so far has been a total let down. Save your money or I'll shoot you my PayPal if you just want to give it away lol.

Update: Gavin got back up with me and advised a replacement unit will be sent out to me that he would like for me to update this review so I'm doing so and when I get the replacement I will start over and write a while new one. They seem to be making it right. I just hope they throw in another pen because mine won't click on the end after the first days use but I forgot to mention that part to Gavin. I'm excited to get the new one and try this again because I was supper stoked to have it before I got the bad one..
Update: good news and bad. Good news is they replaced the unit. Bad news is it seems to be junk and falling apart. I'm not even going to bother with trying to get another one. I believe I give up and they can just keep the money and invest it into some quality. Save your money guys!!!!

Geat product so far. Obly issue ive had is the small magnetic cap that came with doesn't allow for a proper draw. It seems almost like it's plugged other than that Great product.

The products I ordered arrived promptly and packaged well. I ordered two 510 thread battery’s. Each product far exceeded my expectation. I will reevaluate after some strong use lol
