Your salesman Adam was brilliant not pushy and there’s not much he doesn’t know about cars a credit to the company

Fantastic customer service and very professional. Adam Jones made our buying experience a real pleasure. No pressure tactics employed, just basically left us alone to come to a decision on buying a car. Would i buy a another car from Dace? Most definately!

Adam was a great help in purchasing my first car he made sure to explain everything to me as well as answered any questions I had. Everything that was spoken about was also present in emails after the appointment. He also made sure I was updated in the process and made sure the requirements I hoped for were met. He is a good and bright part of the company thank you very much!

I don’t ever write reviews but had to leave one for Dace Group! I found my car on Auto Trader and contacted them via the app and had a response the next morning. Communication was done via email and by phone and it was all quick and easy. I had Adam Jones as my salesman and he was really helpful and friendly. If I wasn’t in contact with Adam someone else in the team was quick to support and help. Adam didn’t put pressure on me for anything which was a concern I had with buying from an independent garage (and being a woman). You won’t get the typical ‘salesperson’ with the guys at this showroom. They are all really laidback and approachable. Which makes you feel comfortable and at ease. When I came to view my car Adam let me and my cousin view the car on our own and let us take our time to do our own inspections. We also left site which meant my appointment was pushed back but Adam and the team were understanding and let us come back in our own time. I am in love with my car and even looking at the cars they sell they are all high quality. I part exchanged my car too and the whole buying process was quick, easy and stress free. I can’t thank Adam and the team enough for helping me buy my dream car. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam was very helpful with no pressure sales making part exchange to a newer car a very painless experience. Good test drive route allowing me to try town, fast A road and motorway so I could get a good test of the car. Very pleased with the deal and car.
