Been looking for a specific spec of Merc for a while and saw one on autotrader by Dace. Was a bit reluctant at first as I'm in Edinburgh and unsure I wanted to travel to Stockport. However after speaking with Jon Bibby, who was friendly and helpful, I decided to pay a holding fee.
The following week my wife and I travelled south to see the car, where we met Jon in person! John was great to deal with and not at any time did he push us under any pressure to buy! The car sold itself!! E Class coupe.
Deal done at reasonable price for new and trading in my C class estate.
A couple of dsys later Jon phoned to ask how things are going, a refreshing experience from a car dealer. Most are not interested once you drive away!

We called Dace Motors in a Sunday afternoon for a test drive on the VW ID.3, and we are so happy that they arranged a test drive for us within an hour. They also provided a battery performance test report within a day. We explained that we had no car on hand, and Dace Motors is willing to deliver the car to us on the next day of purchase, free of charge! I am now using the new car for 2 weeks and it is really good!

What a difference a year makes! I came to buy a 5 series last summer and decided against it because I didn’t get a great feel about the garage.
Last week I revisited and what a change. The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional and it was very busy with a genuinely nice atmosphere to the place.
I bought a BMW 5 series (not the same one!) and picked it up this morning. Another wonderful experience, there isn’t a mark on my new car.
I’m told by my salesman that the staff have been brought over from a different garage and from what I can see, it appears to be a working for them.
Where you buy from is as important as the car in my opinion and I would recommend visiting the NEW version of this fabulous garage. Thanks ☺️

I went to look at a vehicle they had advertised on auto trader, and on arrival was met by Ryan, who couldn't have been any more helpful. Ryan was so down to earth and informative, and made me feel so at ease, and if carlsberg made sales staff then it would be Ryan. Well iv been using dace motors for 20 years. From passing my driving test. The guys a the German center catered for all my needs made sure everything was explained to understand. Ryan and mark went above and beyond to find the right vehicle as I’m fussy about what a drive. 100 per cent highly recommend

Great little place, great staff, great cars, great experience. My son bought his first car today and honestly very impressed with the whole experience from the welcome off Lindsey on the front desk to Mark and Ryan who made the process effortless and made us feel reassured giving us the trust that we were dealing with professional’s.
Nothing too much trouble and would definitely buy from here again in the future.

Although we were early for our appointment we were made to feel welcome. We were given the car keys and told have a good look.Noel the sales man joined us and give us an indepth explanation about the car and took us for a trial run.we fell in love with car even more.talk about the patience of job noel was excellent we had trouble with the bank transfer. Totally our fault but through his endeavours we pulled through. The coffee came at a good time we needed it.when the transaction was completed the car was left for a few minor blemishes to be put right.the car will be delivered to us in the near future.

I had been looking for a replacement car since mine unfortunately got written off. Dace Motor Group and sales rep Ryan were a breath of fresh air in an industry that can be fraught with less reputable dealers and garages. From start to finish the process of buying the car was easy, welcoming, friendly and in no way pushy. They were accommodating and even did some extra work that was required to get the car up to a satisfactory standard for the customer. I'd highly recommend and next time I need a used car I'll be coming here first!

Lewis Worthington was brilliant. He actively listened to what we wanted. I am time poor, working 50 hour weeks, sometimes abroad at clients, and he was patient and liaised with my son to ensure we got the car that we needed. Very professional, very polite, very informed. Communicates well. Not a pushy salesman. The car purchased was just what we needed. On purchasing the car, Lewis went above and beyond, voluntarily coming in on his holiday (unpaid) to ensure that we were well taken care of until the very end.
