Bad quality materials used in sofa.
After a few months of purchase of Sofa, completely unsatisfied with the quality of materials used. Have complained about the problem but they are not ready to do anything. It looks like waste of money. First and last shopping at Dælles Bolighus. 👎

Excellent product in terms of value for money. We loved the 3+2 sofa set which had free home delivery. Took 20days from order placement to get to home but we love the sofa.

Not satisfying with missing parts
We got wrong delivery or missing parts for wardrobe( uncomplicated parcel) and we make complain regarding it but our problem is not sloved until now. I feel it is superslow to deal with further process once purchase is done.

Delays and no customer service
Delayed product delivery with not reaction or response from Daells Bolighus' side. Incorrect that a delivery has been agreed. They do not respond to emails and it takes almost half an hour to get through to them on phone. With the current 'service' I am experiencing I am sorry to have to give one star, as not star at all would have been more accurate to describe the customer experience they provide.

very poor service
very poor service. I sent two emails - no answer and tried to call on the phone but only robot speaking in Danish...
order was delivered after 4 weeks...this is unacceptable from my perspective, not in nowadays. I could have received faster an order coming from China...

They delivered to the wrong address
They delivered to the wrong address. Daells Bolighus have gotten the address wrong themselves, on my order confirmation the address is correct. But after they sent the order they sent me an email with thank you for your order with wrong address and PostNord has confirmed they gotten the address wrong. It has been 2 weeks now, not heard a thing from them, they promised to call me back but haven’t. Very appalling service.
Edit: I can see on track and trace that you have received it back on 03.04.2020 almost 2 weeks ago.
