The customer service is terrible. On they page written 30 minute before delivery get a call. 1week I am calling and telling me 1x make appointment for delivery online 2xi have to get a message before delivery and choose a date. Someone can help me, and explain to me how the delivery is working?

I can see you made the web order sunday evening and monday afternoon we sent you the delivery booking message to your email and phone number. Your booking has been made and will be delivered on the agreed date.
It is correct that our drivers call 30 min before delivery. You will get this call on the agreed delivery date.

I have ordered a few items which were supposed to be delivered on 24th Feb, 2021. But due to misunderstanding between the store and the driver they returned my items to the warehouse again. Later I contacted customer support and told her the details.
Yesterday(25th Feb, 2021) I got a call from customer support regarding my delivery and she told me that it would be delivered on 25th Feb between 16:00 - 22:00. I spent all my day at the address to get my items delivered but no one arrived.
Even I am unable to contact to the Customer Service, getting busy tone always.

Already shared the order details on Friday Feb 26th.

Thursday I called up to customer service and again describe about situation. Then she registered a case and told me the delivery would be registered for Monday(1st March).
But today(1st March) when I called up the customer service again and they let me know that the delivery is not registered for Monday. He informed me the first available delivery date will 4th March.
I never experienced such bad, pathetic and unprofessional service in Denmark.
Also according to the information on their website I should get 5% compensation of my purchase value if my order get delayed by 7-21days. And when I told this thing to customer service guy, he completely denied it.

This was my first time I order online from this store, my friend recommended me, I have ordered many furniture including tv skab sadly when I received the product I didn’t realize that one of the part was broken, i realised it after 1 Hour Then i send an e-mail stating the problem but they rejected my claim which was so annoying, i Will never order from this store again.
