Finally sleeping well again! I really struggled with getting hot at night but with Dagsmejan I can sleep through. Fast delivery and super quality.
I don't recommend the RECOVERY line. Comfortable, but not durable. It is my second set of Dagsmejan pajamas, I have the "STAY COOL" line and I am pretty much happy with its quality. The other one I have is "RECOVERY" line, after 8 months of use, the fabric starts to come apart near the seam and I follow care instructions meticulously.
The quality is really disappointing from what you would expect for premium sleepwear, geared towards active people, for 99 USD.
I feel additionally misguided with information on Dagsmejan's website saying products have 12 months warranty when Customer Care replied that after 3 months of use, quality issue claims will not be taken into consideration. Please be transparent with your warranty policy. Given the overall experience, at this price point, I cannot sincerely recommend Dagsmejan.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order hasn't shipped after almost 2 weeks since placing it. They take ages to write back when you email them, and they have blatantly lied about having shipped the order. The tracking information shows that the courier has only received information, but the goods haven't been handed over yet. Come on guys. Sort this out NOW or refund my money.

I purchased some sleepwear back in Jan 21 and have now just received a demand from DHL for £80. The customer service is very slow and the company is claiming that they are in no way responsible for the duty and no help at all. There is very little on their website regarding this matter. I would avoid buying from this company at all costs.

I bought these pyjamas for my husband as he is disabled and had been having very bad night sweats. The quality of them is absolutely excellent, he is sleeping so much better than before and is not sweating at all. These pyjamas were worth every penny.
A word of caution if you are a customer from the UK. As these are expensive they incur additional customs duties due to Brexit so it is best to contact Dagsmejan Customer Services before placing your order. The Dagsmejan team are very helpful and will be able to advise on the best way to make your purchase.
I wore my first pair of pyjama bottoms to death. They are the most comfortable trousers ever and they look super stylish too. I have just bought more pjs, shorts and a nightie. The material is such excellent quality - feels like you are wearing nothing. During lockdown 3.0 I have worn a pair most days. Great product. If I could give six stars I would!
Watch out !! I doubt these goods are made in Europe as if you now live in the UK and buy them they want to apply import duty. After challenging them on this they said that duty must be applied. Not according to the UK / EU agreement made on the 24th of December (unless the products are not made in Europe hence my comment)
On top of this the service is really slow and I am still awaiting a refund ! If they want to be a premium brand they need to sort this out
Awful. Seam split after a few weeks. Dagsmejan customer service refused any kind of service even after I sent photos. The customer complaint claims area on their website which redirects to the EU claims form is a lie because they are outside EU and there is no method of making any claim, confirmed by the local EU claims office. Avoid this scam at all costs.
Whatever you do, don’t use this company. If you don’t like their products, you may not be able to return them!!!
I was looking for comfortable sleepwear. Pyjama bottoms are typically too high waisted and dig into my sensitive tummy. However, the bottoms from Dagsmejan have a very weird cut so I get a prominent seam right under my belly and then a very big piece of tight fabric above to cover it. I thought you’d be able to turn it down, but you can’t. It feels really awkward and uncomfortable, putting weird pressure on all of my tummy. The shape of the pants is also unflattering, not quite loose and tapered nor tight as leggings. Apart from being too long, they just look really baggy around the bottom and unshapely around the legs. I’m short at 152 cm. In addition, I found the material quite scratchy and wouldn’t sleep comfortably in it. There’s an awful lot of bells and whistles about the comfort of their sleepwear but I really just need cotton to sleep well. I would also like to say that I didn’t like the contrasting light coloured cuff on the grey trousers (which is a nice grey though), and you can’t turn it up if you’re a short person. I tried their shorts, too, but they feel the same and look really weird with narrow legs and a huge bottom.
Unfortunately, the returns process has turned into a nightmare. Customer care is taking quite long to respond and they are asking me to travel either 11 or 25 miles (40 km) to a drop off location. Because of Covid, they have extended the returns period. Well, that doesn’t help! I don’t want to be stuck with the parcel for another two years and I may never be able to get it off anyway as I have no reason to travel that way. I’m disabled, and the shop is in a really awkward place. They should just get DPD to pick the parcel up - other companies have done that. But apparently they don’t understand the problem!!
Update: So they said okay send it by Royal Mail and we’ll pay the postage, well I did, though they didn’t give me the correct address so I used the one on their original return label and apparently it went to the wrong country (Switzerland rather than Austria). ?? But now the parcel is being RETURNED TO ME because Dagsmejan won’t pay for customs fees (which I didn’t know about)! The worst thing is, they don’t actually have to pay for import duty because it’s a return of their own clothes, so they could just claim the money back. They are just so incompetent they don’t even care to find out about a simple thing, and did I mention how heartless they are? I’m getting more and more anxious because I will have to find the parcel on my doorstep again, and then what? They are telling me to pay it myself now but how am I going to do that if it keeps coming back?? I can’t get rid of this stupid parcel unless I pay for fuel to drive to a DPD collection point, which I really can’t do for health reasons, either. This issue is causing me horrendous stress and a massive depression, and it’s so ironic because it’s from a company that pretends to care about people’s well being.
The ‘easy returns’ is false advertising and a complete and utter joke. I don’t know why they can’t just get DPD to pick it up, other companies have managed it just fine (for instance Allbirds). I no longer want to risk ordering anything from abroad - though in all fairness I thought this company was based in Sweden and haven’t had any issues with Swedish companies.
