Mail has declined in content value within the past six months. Also went to subscription yet is easy enough to get around by archiving articles. Youy'll be banned if you post too many comments it does... See more

Disgusting journalism if you can call…
Disgusting journalism if you can call it that. Incorrect factually, sensationalist and down right targeting of individuals denigrating them in every way. AmandaPlatell the worst.
All round terrible customer service .
All round terrible customer service .
I have emailed and written to them from Editor to general enquires over 20 times since September of last year asking why they stopped the football insert on a Monday and have not had One reply .
I even used the "sports dept" on facebook , which they read and didn`t reply .
As I said in one of my emails , sorry to have shown an interest .
From someone who would purchase the DM Six times a week , I only buy on Saturday for the TV guide.
Bad form Daily Mail , basic bad manners and shame on you editor....
Monday Feb 16,2026..I thought the Home…
Monday Feb 16,2026..I thought the Home Page for the USA was decent today.Had news from other countries.Wasn't full of multiple headlines of Kardashian tidbits.Actually had some news instead of it mostly about celebrities, sport players,influencers..We need real news for average people lives.
Hijacked by Maggots
Comments clearly mostly by right wing yanks. If you’re chasing approval, post something ignorant, racist, bigoted or mysogenistic. Post something informed or caring, and you’ll be ridiculed. Not for the intelligent...
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled
I took out an online subscription to the Daily Mail to try the newspaper out. Over the last three months, I have repeatedly tried to cancel it, but nothing has happened. No emails have been answered. If I want to cancel, I will obviously have to block my bank card.
Shame you can't give zero stars
I use this app to send me to sleep because it's numbinly boring but there are other issues with it too. It constantly scrolls forward so articles are unreadable. Contacted them 3 times and still can't correct it so removing the app and I'll have to find some other story teller to help me sleep
Beckham coverage
Should be rebranded as 'Daily Beckham'. The Ad Nauseum amount of coverage they give to this puerile, trivia is beyond parody. Only buy for crosswords.
Company run by Pedophiles
Daily Mail calls women raping a 12 year old boy in a article "Glamorous blonde music teacher's breathtaking confession in court as she ADMITS having sex with boy, 12". These people are pedophiles
Beware of the subscription trial and then cancellation
BEWARE of subscription situation, they originally stated they wouldn't only be able to cancel if you had subscription info such as amounts involved, however that isn't in the email sent on ordering or in the online portal under the subscription area - stinks of a situation bordering being a con.
Terrible reporting
Terrible reporting, terrible customer service and generally dreadful experience! I know that, with the daily mail, expectations would be low, but they went far lower than I had feared. Even cancelling before being charged proved more effort that it should have been!
These are for the daily quick…
These are for the daily quick crosswords I think they’re stupid.
Why do I have to give my private email…
Why do I have to give my private email address just to read a story you are disgrace to news readers
I will be deleting your app I refuse 10o% to part with my email address so you can harass me through my email address not happening very very unhappy they you are demanding people part with their personal data
The comments are not representative
The comments are not representative, most are generated by AI, according to Copilot detection.
There is no way to complain about the comments. "If you have a question about comments" goes directly to an old article.
"commenting on this article has ended."
They don't even care what people think about them.
Hopeless
Subscribed to a print version. Of course it didn't arrive, contacted them could not explain why it hadn't arrived, no apology so cancelled. Complete waste of time. Reading other reviews seems they're reluctant to give refunds. Will contact bank if not fully refunded.
Having just purchased the Mail
Having just purchased the Mail on Sunday the first time in some years, I have to say how disappointed I am the main paper & the magazine is just filled with adverts, this is the last time I will be spending my money on this tripe.

Very biased
Very biased and personal views on the contents. No recommendation
Got switched onto a more expensive plan…
Got swtiched onto a more expensive plan without any notice being provided. When you try and cancel you have to ring and get stuck on hold for ages, not available on a day I can call (like today) or just try and sell another package. Not prepared to refund the latest month that has come out my bank despite the fact i havent read a single article or used any of their features.
Just beware.
Impossible to contact to cancel online…
Impossible to contact to cancel online Mail subscription - the only way to cancel is to call up but you can't get through to anyone! Disgraceful.
