Flexible and easy to work with
Ordered an item along with others that was on back order with indicative arrival date. The one item did not arrive by the indicated date for whatever reason so I wrote to them to ask when it would arrive. They responded with honesty and provided me several options to move forward with. Swift responses within 24 hours, flexible and easy to work with.
