4x4 & 5x5 Rubix cubes faulty, DailyPuzzles replaces and provide awesome customer service.
I purchased two Rubix cubes a 4x4 and a 5x5 and both are defective and do not rotate and I have reached out to DailyPuzzles on multiple occasions over the past week and within a day of receiving the cubes and I have had no response. All I would like is to have both cubes replaced and for DailyPuzzles to reply to my email.
I am extremely impressed with Daily Puzzles, who took my frustration into account, and had the CEO reply to my email and apologised for taking longer than usual to respond. They have resolved my issue by replacing both cubes which I am appreciate of and would like to thank DailyPuzzles for their customer service and resolving the issue. I will most definitely be purchasing from them again.

I like the shipping time to nz and the prices. My one urk is that I ordered the tornado v3 on the 23rd of june, along with other items. this was a pre order and I'm not too sure what happens here, as one of the items I ordered is now sold out, which I assume is why I don't have it yet. I may be wrong, but we'll see. will continue to use this store though.
Edit: my pre orders arrived six months after the date they said.
