Boy took off all parts,he likes to fix puzzles that’s what he enjoys but this one is Very hard for assembly not able to fix it back.Wasting of money. Very expensive for international shipping fee.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience but I'm not sure 1 star reflects the service that was provided- the shipping fee was $5.50USD and it arrived in 5 business days to USA from Australia, other companies charge 2-3x this amount for shipping that is much slower.
As for the puzzle, if you decided to take it apart and can't put it back together all you had to do was send us an email and we would be happy to assist in helping you get it back together, all you had to do was contact us :( I've gone ahead and sent you an email to assist you in getting this reassembled now
Please understand that 1 star reviews can be very harmful for a small business and I don't think the lowest rating is very reflective of this situation

I've had a check on your order and can see it arrived on the 9th business day which is within the timeframe that was advertised

I've pulled up your order and can see that it has been 10 business days since you placed your order- I can also see it's in your country and delivery should occur this week. We appreciate your feedback regarding slow shipping but this is currently still inside the estimated timeframe
