Worst customer support

I was charged $163.16 on my credit card for a one-year membership I knew nothing about. They refused to refund me, even though I was only one week into the year. It was also very, very difficult to contact anyone on their website. They have no integrity.

GREAT NEWS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Matt Walsh and Ben Shapiro are the highlight of my day Mon-Fri and I love being a patron of the Daily Wire. Today I noticed I was being double charged monthly on my bank statement and found out I had somehow made 2 accounts and was paying 2 subscriptions. When I called to cancel the 2nd subscription they reimbursed 6 months of the payments I had made on the 2nd account. DAILY WIRE gives great conservative news and has great customer service. Thank you again!!!

DailyWire is awesome

DailyWire is awesome. The content, the people, and the larger media projects they are launching to change the culture. If you have conservative "normal" values and you want clean, factual media and clean, moral entertainment for your kids (BentKey) sign up for DW. The production quality is amazing and the reportage is factual while being entertaining.

All the "bad" reviews on here are either 1) Leftist hacks, or 2) people complaining about auto-renew (because they forgot to cancel). DW will refund you, I had an issue last year and they issued me a full refund. I renew my membership when they have good offers/discounts. The subscription is totally worth the $$ but because of BIDEN-flation, we've had to cut back where possible. They have awesome customer service, I always get a response within 24 hours by email.

DW merchandise is also fantastic: games, candles, books, etc. I highly recommend and want to support an organization and a team that supports REAL AMERICA VALUES!!! Be part of the solution, join DW today, and share their youtube shows with friends!

Bad reviews are scam reviews

People who are rating this low are idiot liberals who can’t stand someone giving real republican views. They much prefer to drink the CNN, MSNBC, etc. kool-aid.

difficult to unsubscribe, less than scrupulous news

Easy to sign up for an overpriced subscription, difficult to cancel annual renewal. Plus, the DW's dishonest journalism has been appalling in 2024. Seeing they've managed to scrub search engine results about their current crisis implies they have insider ties, which I guess could explain their dishonesty and propaganda.

Horrible for movie streaming!

Just signed ip to watch Run, Hide, Fight and the buffering is happening every 20 seconds. This is NOT an internet issue from our side as every platform is performing flawlessly. Crap platform and cancelling today!!

With the fractures or factions in the US News Media, I wanted to check out other”voices.” Glad I read the reviews before subscribing! And I found it to be the same Us Vs Them BS with only some healthy dialogue that made me think.

Great content, just a ripoff scheme to it's subscribers. NO REFUNDS.

Beware of the subscription

Love the content. Hate the subscription model.
Got stung for a renewed subscription with a heavy price increase 2nd time round. I queried it, was told they emailed me 30 days before expiry to notify me of the new price (I never got the email). They don't do refunds. No exceptions.
You cant access their kids content in NZ either, so don't get sucked in by that.
Stick to Spotify and youtube and get the podcasts for free folks. Super disappointed

I agree with Matt Gunter on his review

I agree with Matt Gunter on his review. I keep on trying to cancel my subscription, and you literally can't. It's like you are locked in for life. They just took another $100 even though I keep trying to cancel. I agree with their views but for there not to be any way to get out of it is soon aggravating, and wrong.

A very expensive movie

I have no problem with the content of The Daily Wire's operation. They have the freedom to say what they want. In general, I agree with their material. What I am unhappy about is their policy of no refunds, no matter what.

I signed up with The Daily Wire so I could watch What Is A Woman - totally agree with every aspect of that film. Watching that film was all I used the account for. A year later, when I was charged a renewal fee, I reached out to the company. Their policy was, and still is, "no refund". So, I bit the bullet and let the charge stand. But, I changed my account setting to stop automatic payment, anticipating that at the end of the year, my membership would terminate due to lack of payment. Since then, I haven't given it another thought. The only proof I have of this is the conversation I had with my wife at the time. A year has passed and I have again been charged with a subscription renewal (6/15/24). Apparently, the automatic payment option was reset to True: I didn't do that. The fact that it was changed is disturbing.

In keeping with their stated policy, The Daily Wire sent a reminder to me one month prior to the current renewal date. However, it was lost in the noise of so much other flotsam and jetsam that arrives in the inbox. Again I reached out to their Customer Service. The agent I "chatted" with was polite, but resolute regarding and their "no refund" policy.

Initially, all I wanted from The Daily Wire was to be able to watch What is a Woman. That has turned out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE movie for me to see - so far ~$300.

I have no beef with the company's charter or activities, but don't make me pay for a service I am not using, have no need for, nor the desire to access its material. Especially when I attempted to shut it down by eliminating the automatic payment method.
I did not authorize that change.

Thieves

I signed up for Daily Wire so I could watch “What is a Woman”. Then I canceled my sub. Although I enjoyed watching, I have not used my membership to watch anything else because I canceled my sub. Did The Daily Wire used my name and card info to sign me up again and charged my account? This time I called to cancel. They did nothing other than tell me my card was used by TWO email accounts. One had been canceled two years ago (mine) and one was still charging my account (my card not my email...) He said "We have been emailing you." I'm sure they did just not an email that I have access to. Wouldn't give these thieves the time of day now.

Blatant Misinformation

Great network for simpletons, extremists, and hate-filled inbred degenerates. Blatant wrong information and propaganda crap. Honestly, I don't know how viewers aren't offended by how obvious this is. No one respects a stupid sheep, but they certainly love stupid sheep when they need a crowd.

The DW is a NO for me

The way DW treated their main female black host was horrific, borderline racist, bigoted and defamatory. They gave Candace a platform as long as she targeted the black community but the second she voiced her opinion about not wanting Israel to commit ongoing atrocities in Gaza she’s defamed as antisemitic. She’s anti war and religious so her views reflect her personal beliefs. IF YOU ARE NOT A ELITIST THEN YOU SHOULDN'T BE WATCHING THE DW. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT AMERICANS. Do not give them a penny of your time or money. I will never watch an episode again. Unfortunately that means no more Brett Cooper either. No diversity or different perspectives. This is worst than establishment mainstream media. We need more free speech not less.

Where does the money flow?

I have never encountered a more biased and one-sided news network than The Daily Wire. From the moment you tune in, it becomes glaringly obvious that the so-called "news" presented is nothing more than a thinly veiled propaganda machine pushing a singular, narrow agenda.

Balanced journalism is supposed to provide multiple perspectives and present facts objectively, allowing viewers to form their own opinions. However, The Daily Wire seems to have entirely missed this memo. Every story is heavily slanted, cherry-picking facts to fit their narrative while blatantly ignoring anything that contradicts their viewpoint.

The hosts and anchors are more like cheerleaders for their cause rather than journalists. Their smug, condescending tones when discussing opposing views are not only unprofessional but downright infuriating. It's as if they believe their audience is incapable of critical thinking and must be spoon-fed a predetermined opinion.

What's even more troubling is the lack of accountability. When The Daily Wire makes an error (which is often), they either sweep it under the rug or issue a half-hearted, insincere correction buried in a segment no one watches. Transparency and integrity are clearly not in their vocabulary.

In an era where trust in the media is more crucial than ever, The Daily Wire does nothing but further polarize and misinform the public. If you're looking for real news and objective reporting, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this network. It's a disservice to journalism and a disservice to its viewers.
