Christ is King…. Site of hypocrites, lack of freedom of speech & integrity. Hope it crash and burn once everyone see how they operate. America 1st. No genocide is acceptable.

Daily wire employs sneaky underhanded tactics

Daily Wire employs sneaky underhanded tactics to silence conservatives and employees that criticize them in any way, and they seek to own and control their employees even after they quit the company.

Supporting Daily Wire is supporting low integrity hypocrites. Hopefully good people like Michael Knowles will jump ship as soon as possible and leave these rats behind.

Bad business practice

I signed up for Daily Wire so I could watch “What is a Woman”. Although I enjoyed watching, I have not used my membership to watch anything else. Unfortunately I did not realize that my membership would automatically renew for another year at $149 until I got my bill and by that time it was too late to cancel. I think it is very poor business practice to have a “no refund” policy with no exceptions.
Very expensive lesson learned.

Site stinks

1 - your site consistently never replays the episode where I left off at.

2 - you have to tap the screen in three separate spots to navigate from any section, which is annoying. I should not have to look where you put the “x” or the back arrow; which will be at the top or the bottom.

3 - the site always crashes, which brings me back to the “continue listening” mentioned in #1….

I won’t be renewing and having to listen to Ben berating us constantly about Israel. Sorry, I really only care about America’s problems….course I care about humanity. But the Israeli problem is not ours to own.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service.

I subscribed for a year, then noticed a charge on my credit card, which was an auto-renewal for a year. I contacted customer support as I got no notifications about it. They told me to bugger off

(12:08:43 PM) John: Your membership has been canceled and will not renew. I am unable to refund you for your current term as our Insider memberships are considered non-refundable and your membership was not cancelled before your new term began.

If there is anything else I can assist you with for the remainder of your membership term, please feel free to reach out.
(12:11:41 PM) greg : I did not agree to auto renewal
(12:11:47 PM) greg : I got no notifications
(12:12:19 PM) greg : it is real bad customer service to no offer a refund in such cases
(12:12:39 PM) greg : and if you check, you will notice that I have not even used your service, not even logged in for months
(12:14:11 PM) John: I understand. We send 30 day email reminders to all our members. Unfortunately once the charges are processed for the year, they are considered final sale.
(12:15:31 PM) greg : OK, then know you have a dissatisfied customer.
(12:16:35 PM) John: I understand. If there's nothing else I can assist with, I will close the chat now. Thank you

Daily Wire is just Shameful

Daily Wire is just Shameful! I want to start by saying I loved the content, and joined because of the Jordan Peterson Special. The business practices at the Daily Wire are nothing short of criminal fraud. I attempted to cancel my subscription 4 separate time over the last 2 years. I originally canceled my subscription 10/2022 got charged again 10/2023. I attempted I reached out via customer support 3 time to have someone call me or contact me with no contact back. I finally found a phone number through the better business bureau and contacted an actual living person!!! The number is (818) 699-9948 if anyone needs it. However when I called they immediately stonewalled me and just kept saying they will cancel my renewal for next year. They refused to provide me with any member of management and told me they would forward my complaint to management. They told me "If the manager decides to address your complaint they may call or email you back if not you wont hear anything." I demanded to have a member on management call me back and the refused stating its up to the individual manager if they will even reach out. Good luck finding a person to speak with or getting any help. I still haven't received any refund and I'm forced to change my credit card number to avoid future charges. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this business.
This Company casts a shadow on the conservative movement in our country and proves to be no less crooked as main stream media. I hope they choose to do the right thing in the future, but for now.....avoid them at all costs!!!!

The Daily Wire is really shady.

Several years ago I signed up for the Daily Wire. When the "What is a Woman" movie came out. I signed up and didn't have access. I thought well, I guess I'll upgrade, then I'll cancel after I watch the movie. Come to find out they charged me for BOTH. I called to cancel and get a refund at that point. They don't do refunds, but they said they'll cancel my autorenew. I'll still have access for the year since i paid for it. Alright cool I guess. So July of 2023 they charged me again! For both the regular and the upgrade. I showed them the email showing I canceled LAST YEAR. On my account dashboard it the autorenew wasn't on, but they said no your account is active. Even though I had the email and I could see my account showing it. However, they said only they could see my account was active. So I guess if you cancel your account you have no way of actually knowing if it's canceled or not. No refund. But I'll have access for a year since I paid for it. I filed a fraud dispute with my bank. Got my money back and the dailywire FINALLY canceled my account. Good riddance!

Daily Wire Stole My Money

I applied a 50% off promo code to my account that was to apply upon renewal. I have screen shots of the promo applied and the amount of $74.50 showing as what I would be charged. However, when the charge went through they charged me $110.98. I contacted them the day I saw the the charge come through at the wrong price. I did not receive a response for 17 days. Because they did not respond for 17 days, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but only for the amount of the overcharge. They ended up cancelling my account, but refused to issue a refund because I had already filed a dispute which would make sense except I didn't dispute the entire amount so I only ever got a partial amount returned to me by the credit card company. I contacted them again asking them to refund the balance and they flat out refused and said I had cost them money by filing the dispute.

I am truly shocked by this whole chain of events and that they straight up acknowledge that they cancelled my service, but will not issue me a refund for the cancelled service.

They have some good content, but just beware that they're perfectly fine with stealing their customer's money. Also, take a lesson from me and dispute the entire amount of the purchase immediately so that you get your money back. Do not trust them to do right by you.

Comments disabled with no warning

2 years ago I purchased a subscription to Dailywire. There were several reasons.
They provided a nice synopsis of the days events in a neat format. But more important they allowed you to interact with other members in the Comment section. Having that opportunity was valuable in that you would see a variety of opinions on the articles and be able to develop conversations with other members.

About 2 months ago they took away the Comment sections of the articles. No warning, no rhyme, no reason, just gone. I have been in contact with what they laughingly call "Support". Their answer :
"We are working on it"
with no indication of when or if that important piece of the subscription will ever be restored. And the so-called "support" line is the the only available customer interface to the company as far as I can tell. So I have to deal with another Internet Black Hole where nothing comes out.

This is like taking your car in for service under warranty and when you inquire when will the work be done they reply, "We are working on it"

So I would not recommend subscribing since their treatment of customers seems to be rather arbitrary.

Oh and by the way they have no problem sending endless ads to purchase products so all that seems to be in fine working order!!

Here is a typical response I would see from Dailywire when the Comments were all working just fine ...

"Your comment has been approved and published on "U.S. Army Releases Statement About Suspect Wanted In Maine Mass Shooting"
The Daily Wire"

Customer Service nightmare

I enjoyed the daily wire on/off over the last year. Although had my first bad customer service experience when a reoccuring charge was taken from my bank account of $149.00 for the year.

I asked if I could be refunded as I was not ready to I rejoin due to financial complications, although I will rejoin. That is a huge amount of money.

Their terms states they can refund under discretion but they refused me outright.

They have for certain lost a customer now.

Great news

Great news website and most articles are free to access without paying. It seems most of the people crying cancelling didn't work are just 1 star liberal trolls as it's like 3 clicks and I'm at the cancellation page. [Literally settings and then the line under your subscription level says you can cancel at any time- The word cancel is the hyperlink to automatically cancel before the next payment goes through.] Their videos they put out are fantastic - Convicting a murderer (showing the biased netflix making a murderer how clearly biased those directors were) and great comedy of lady ballers that is full of truth- about people ruining and allowing the ruining of women's sports.

I decided to cancel my subscription due…

I decided to cancel my subscription due to unexpected financial issues. This was a horrible experience. I have been following the prompts for at least 45 minutes. I click on "Membership" and there is no drop down box to cancel. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Even if my finances improved, I would NOT sign up again. The chat box was useless.
