The red dragon dice set were absolutely stunning in person and I was ecstatic to finally add them to my collection. If you’re ever on the fence with buying dice from this shop don’t be, all their dice are fantastic!

Exceeded my expectations
Great packaging of the dice, very compact, no wasted space. The dice are of insanely good quality, yet you can still see the marks of manual work (unevenly deburred edges, some tiny brown colored spots on my grey metal dice), but I guess that comes with hand-made product.
TL;DR: Dice are even nicer than on pictures. And I got free candy with it, so 5/5.

Stunning and great quality
Bought the bloodstone dice as a late Christmas present for my partner, and despite the postal strikes they arrived quite fast. They were in very good safe packaging, every dice in its own little bag within a bubble wrap envelope. Came with a leaflet informing how to care for gemstone dice, which was very useful! My partner absolutely loves them and I thought they were gorgeous too. Thank you!

Shipping is a scam
This is a joke, I purchased a metal dice set that I was intending to give my daughter from Santa and paid extra for 15 shipping on November 27th. It is now the 21st of December I still do not have my product and when I reached out I was basically told that it's my fault for ordering during busy season. I ordered almost a month ahead of Christmas with trackable shipping to avoid this kinda crap. Don't pay the extra for shipping, it's a scam they tried telling me on December 16th I was only on day 13.
Update: it has now been over a month since I paid for 15day shipping and still not even an offer of a refund for a service unfulfilled.

Hi Jacob - we're very sorry to see how upset you are and that the package still hasn't arrived. And most especially sorry that your daughter may not have the dice as a Santa present :(
As your tracking information shows, your package is in the US and with USPS since Dec 3rd. Unfortunately we have no control over when USPS processes and delivers the package. We give estimates when you checkout as to how long we think it might take, but they are only guesses.
To be clear, in our emails we were not blaming you for anything. We're not sure why you would think that either. We were merely stating the facts that during the holiday period, postal networks come under increased pressure and delays happen more frequently. We also were trying to help by clarifying that the estimate we gave you at checkout was 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) and that when you originally emailed it was still within that estimated period.
We hope that the package will still arrive to you before Christmas so that you're daughter can have it as a present from Santa. But please do keep in touch with us and let us know when it arrives. Or if it doesn't arrive by Janurary, please email us so we can look into this further for you.

The nerd in my life loved the three sets that were ordered 👌speedy turn around time, perfect description and pictures of what was ordered and recieved, we will be ordering in the near future. We were both very impressed and his DnD group, " oooooo 'd" and AaaaAaahhhhh'd" over them as well.You will not be disappointed.
