Steer well clear. Be warned. Disgraceful company. Boots received were NOTHING like boots advertised. They also gave me a return address in China, stating I would have to pay postage. This is after advertising FREE RETURNS. I involved PAYPAL, who reimbursed me my money.

Bought a pair of shoes. They were way too small and the heel was very loose. Contacted them and they asked me to donate the shoes (because the return shipping costs were way too high) and they offered me a $3 refund on a $37 original cost. Scammers stay away - don’t buy on Instagram.

Dallader is absolutely a scaming company based overseas they tell you that it comes from California not true, the return policy is fugilent, they give you the run away and make you pay for the return I called paypal which resolved my issue buyer please be ware !
Save yourself the time and money.

This company advertises "last day" of 49% discount, and has been for weeks. It advertises 30 day money back guarantee which is scarcely true, you just have return the item(s) back to China first. Their shoe sizing is best described as 'guessed'. Please be careful as this once again is well marketed Chinese cheap and decidedly un cheerful seller. Whether these boots are suitable for motorcycling is highly debatable. Save your hard earned money!

They took my money & didn't ship anything. Their phone # is out of service, they don't answer eMails, Occasionally they send me an eMail saying they shipped my item (with a phony tracking #) but I've never received anything.

What I received was not what was pictured in the ad. The shoes look like that ad but the inserts did not. Very cheap and flimsy. The shoes are cheaply made to. The ad says the shoe are made in and ship from the USA. They do not. They ship from China. Terrible experience.

Do not buy anything from this company Dalander. They are thieves, con artist, a not American. Can you say CHINESE. I ordered the motorcycle boots. But I got some pointed toe version with plastic soles. One long ride I'd be done for. They have done nothing to correct this mess but offer $3 $6 $8 and now $10. How is that customer satisfaction. the boots came from a storage warehouse in ca. the cost to return to China. Out ways what I paid. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM DALANDER. IF YOU VALUE YOUR FEET AND YOUR LIFE.

You're a bunch of disgusting thieves! I ordered 13 wide, I receive a pair of boots that are a full inch shorter and a full inch less wide than my closet full of 13 wide shoes. I ask for a refund and you refuse! Tell me to give them to a friend and offer me a $3 refund. All this despite advertising fast, no hassle refunds on your website. This is unethical and immoral. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. It may not help but rest assured I will be contacting every consumer advocacy group I can think of to inform them of your completely dishonest and shameful business practices. You're thieves and con artists and I wish you the very worst life has to offer. Drop dead you utterly shameful human beings.

Got the boots in a plastic bag with a number on it. I ordered a size 11.5 and when I put the boot on it was baggy and about an inch to big. I looked at the boot and there was no size on it. There was a rectangle in the tongue of the boot that was colored in with a pen. I wiped the ink away thinking they purposely sent me the wrong size and it read “made in China”. I couldn’t find a phone number to call them so I emailed them and they responded with, find a family member or friend that fits the boots and give it to them. They said they can refund me $3. DO NOT BUY FROM DALLADER.

I should have checked them out before buying. I ordered motorcycle boots and they are complete garbage. They do not fit right, are make very cheaply, and will not protect you in a fall. Of course I contacted them for a refund and they waste time by offering $3, $5, $6, and finally $10 to keep the boots. I asked for a full refund and shipping label but they say I have to pay for the shipping and give me A BS address if you can call it that!

I am going to try to resiolve this through PayPal but do not have high hopes. I think I'm going to get screwed out of the almost $50

I've been burned a few times when buying g Internet companies. I chatted with a rep who avoided directly answering my questions. Definitely a sign of a lack of integrity.

DALLADER is absolutely a deceptively scamming shoe peddling lying organization selling shoes via FaceTime. Do not believe their ads. They claim the shoes are USA made. They will tell you what you want to hear. The shoes are absolute Chinese GARBAGE.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered a pair of these motorcycle boots and received a low quality pair of high top faux leather shoes . When I questioned the company’s customer service I was told that they had run out of stock so sent the different shoe (without consultation). I requested a pre paid post bag or similar so I could return the shoes to their head office in China for a full refund as per their website spiel.
. I was told that I would be responsible for the return shipping of the incorrect shoes to their factory in China and that the shipping cost would be more than my initial outlay so suggest that I keep the incorrect shoes and accept a $6.00 compensation. I turned this down insisting that I receive a full refund. No further communication has been received from the company in question.
All in all a very unethical and dishonourable company to deal with. I only hope that this comment will result in less people being scammed!

Cheap Chinese rubbish
'Motor Cycle' boots were not leather , nothing like the advert picture very poor quality and badly damaged due to being wrapped in a plastic bag.

My boots arrived today. They came in a bag not a box. They were not the size I ordered, 10.5. They were marked “39”. Buyer beware. They were shipped from China. I’m starting the process to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Paid for the motor cycle boots and waited a few weeks. They eventually arrived but were nothing like the picture advertised. I managed to get £6 pounds back instead of paying expensive postage back to China. They did say they were from USA.

Very very cheap product! Waste of time and money!!!

Lies! Not leather, Not wide fit, very poorly made, barely fit for purpose - cheap but still not value for money. From previous reviews it seems I might be offered a partial refund, but it’s not worth the hassle! (There was a ‘bonus pair of socks’ so I don’t feel totally ‘ripped off’).

I`ve had my motorbike boots for 7 weeks now, as everyone says they are very comfortable. I wear them to work and have never worn them on my motorcycle.
They are advertised as leather and with foot protection. The boots have no protection and are not made of leather and have already started to fail.
