Low quality, which might have been fine for the price. Although, upon tightening the laces, a grommet tore off with very little pressure.
Customer service said they were not refundable as they were not in shipped condition. They offered a 20% discount on a future purchase. When I declined, they offered $5 for me to fix them myself. Then they went dark. Gone. No more communication.
Even as a low quality non hiking boot, they have a horrible weird baggy feel to them oh well, my fault for going cheap.

Extremely difficult to return or get a refund. The boots I ordered causes pain in my left foot just by putting them on. It's been a week and 5 emails so far and I can not get a resolution on my order. Do not order

These boots are junk. Holes in the bottom after a couple weeks of wear. DO NOT BUY THEM!!

After three months I have not received my order of boots. They stopped communicating with me after two months. Asked for a refund or the boots I ordered without any luck. $52 lost on this ripoff.

Instead of the "Dallader, Made in USA" boots I bought I received a pair of KKK, Made in China boots. One of the boots has a broken zipper. Total ripoffs product.

Ordered Dec5 Never recived til today 12/23/2023 Cant get a hold of anyone to ship back Already filed dispute with my credit card company (2nd Time) This company is a total scam selling cheap knockoffs and advertiseing as Us Made Next thing you know they will advertise Veteran Owned. I ordered 2 pairs and in the ad on Facebook they stated we're manufactured in the United States. Never received the shipment. They sent me info that tracking was provided from some company that I never heard of. The point of origin was CHINA! Another Chinese SCAM! Their answer via email was to check my neighbors house.

Do not buy these boots. They are cheap junk and mine broke before I put them on. Now the Free Returns requires you to pay shipping back to China, not New Jersey where they come from! Customer service refuses to help me.

I think More than 5 months ago I placed two orders on a dalander, unfortunately I did not receive a further confirmation on my email so I don't know exactly when but it was about 5 months ago. it concerns 2 sweaters total costs of 100 euros I received an email on November 5 that it would take a while due to the covid pandemic and I received an order number where I can track my package, package not found, I tried to email them but says that that email address does not exist, there is a good chance that we have been scammed.

I ordered a vest from dalander, but the size was too small. It was unpossible to change or return it; I received no receipt from them, no address where to send my vest, nothing. Avoid ordering anything from dalander!!!!!

Duitse kledingwebsite, oorspronkelijk bedrijf in Polen. Zeer slechte kwaliteit kleding, artikelen komen niet altijd overeen met afbeeldingen ervan online. Terugsturen wordt actief ontmoedigd en is ingewikkeld en duur (producten uit China, terugsturen moet daarnaartoe, procedure en douanecodes niet te vinden). Vermijden!

Eng: webshop for clothing, German language but operating from Poland. Terrible quality clothing, not always matching images shown on website. Returning them is actively discouraged, cumbersome and expensive, as products are made in China and have to be returned there, without full explanation of customs procedure. Avoid at all cost!
