Smooth onboarding, helpful support, and great communication

I’ve just completed the onboarding process as a freelance interpreter with DALS, and I wanted to take a moment to share how positive the experience was from start to finish.

From the very beginning, the process was clear, professional, and well-organized. I was guided through every step by Alondra (Ada), who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. She answered all of my questions quickly, supported me through technical steps like platform access and VOIP setup, and made sure everything was properly reviewed and finalized.

I'm especially grateful to Ada for her continued support,she made the entire process much less stressful and genuinely made me feel welcomed as part of the team.

Smooth and Supportive Recruitment Experience

Dals is perceived as a scam /Rif-off .

Dals is perceived as a scam /Rif-off .
They allegedly pay low wages to interpreter's
if interpreter's speak up or voice their concerns , Dals would deregister you without a valid reason the company's behaviour is seen as unacceptable , especially in this day and age , as they don't listen to feedback and may block individuals who try to communicate with them . overall , dals is considered a poor company to work for.

The recruitment process was clear and easy to follow. Jenny was really helpful throughout, she kept me informed and made sure I had everything I needed for the application. The language tests were straightforward and professionally done. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely recommend Dals to other interpreters or linguists. Dals are fantastic to work for compared…

Dals are fantastic to work for compared to other linguist agencies. I am registered with a few and Dals are the only ones who offer face to face bookings on a regular basis. Their onboarding process was so simple and easy and also their app is so simple and they are so advanced with few clicks with the time sheet.

Excellent support and professional environment

The recruitment experience was simple and just perfect. Nona guided me through and supported my application in the best way possible. Language tests also were professional and user friendly. I'd recommend Dals to any linguist and interpreter. I really hope for a great new start.

Excellent employer
