Attention to detail and amazing service

Turned up on spec with broken cable…
Turned up on spec with broken cable with lots of climbing and miles to go.
Repaired while I enjoyed lunch at cafe next door.
Wonderful service and able to complete ride as planned, first rate service.

Excellent bike shop
Overall, an excellent experience. I bought a new bike online and was able to collect it the next day. As the team kindly assembled it for me quickly. Great service in store, the team adjusted the saddle ect and fitted pedals and a bell. The bike is the perfect fit and I absolutely love it. Friendly, knowledgeable helpful team. I am glad I bought my bike from Dales. Recommended, thanks.

Quoted £191 for repairs that cost me £40
Quoted me £191 for repairs that cost me £40 in the end, at Bike for Good in Finnieston. (spoke repair, 1 new tyre+inner, brake service+new pads and noodles) I wrote it all down and they both had the same job list. I supplied all the parts aswell. When i went back to collect the bike (they got to it after a week) he wheeled it round, down the stairs and out the door for me super quick in case i stopped to discuss such an inflated price. Then they removed this honest review from Google less than 12 hours after i posted it.
EDIT : Thanks for your disinterested reply and apathy, throughout. Really lifts the spirits.
EDIT : "we think it may include supplying the fitted parts" is a straw-grab of a lie that suddenly comes now, after my ^ 1st edit. Guy at the desk entering this job listed everything i was supplying; you had it all there on the job screen and in the carrier bag (which came back to me with the bike)

I collected my Brompton bicycle and it was all set up for me and ready to ride. Unbelievably, the saddle height was just right for me. I thought I would have to keep stopping to get the height right but no, it was perfect.
The assistant talked me through the basics and carried it out for me. Dales always has excellent customer and workshop standards so I have every confidence in them.
It was a very pleasant experience from ordering the bike to collecting it.

Great service and a lovely family businesses
I wanted to buy a voucher as a present on line from Dales. The sight was great and I called them as I had a few questions. They answered quickly and were so helpful. The voucher was delivered on time with no hassle. I will be using them again especially as they are a family business and I want to buy local. Would recommend them
