Excellent service. Couldn't be better. Delivered the bike ahead of time. Also (conscious that kids bikes are often presents) they checked that it was ok to bring the bike out of the van first - allowing it to be discreetly placed in garage without the boy seeing it. Perfect.

Bike delivered 2 days after ordering, which was quicker than expected! Great communication and a smiley colleague who delivered the bike! Will certainly use again in future and recommend to others!

Having purchased a Specialized Levo online earlier this year I developed an issue with the fork. As a local official Specialized Dealer I approached Dales to ask them to support me in processing the warranty claim back to Silver Fish. They refused to support me stating that, and I quote "we are busy enough with service work at the moment so its not worth our while to process warranties, unless you want to pay for it"!! I protested that they have a greater obligation as a Specialized dealer with the benefits of brand association, and that it is important for LBS to be showing their worth through customer service at this affluent time for them. They refused to be moved on their stance. I was forced to raise a complaint with Specialized customer care who arranged for Pure Electric to support me instead, and they willingly did so despite having no obligation or benefit from the support at all. I understand that Dales have now lost the Specialized license which is probably a good thing as their customer service ethos isn't to the standards I've grown to expect of Specialized and were in danger of damaging the brands reputation.

Just the best! My partner and I invested in Cube ebikes last year and bought these from Dales based on a recommendation and previous purchase. The sales experience with Jonathan was exceptional and he helped us with the right choice of bikes. Unlike other salespersons, Jonathan has been contactable and extremely helpful since with anything we have needed. James in the workshop has also been a star and resolved any technical issues quickly and efficiently. If you are purchasing a decent bike, I’d highly recommend Dales as the whole experience is just exceptional!👍🏻👍🏻

Just picked up my new cycle from Dales a few days ago and what an easy experience it was. The staff were most helpful and friendly including the online customer service people whom I had been dealing with in the previous few weeks due to my cycle not being in stock. I was kept up date regarding my order prior to picking up the bike. I would not hesitate to buy again from Dales Cycles.

Bought a new road bike for my son as he had outgrown his last one I had also bought from Dales. Fantastic service from Jonathan Allan all the way through from identifying and sourcing the right bike for his needs, helping identify the right size and then fitting once the bike arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and can't recommend highly enough.
