Excellent and informative service. We were given a clear delivery slot and it arrived on time.

Bit of a slow process but this must have been down to a busy bank Holiday weekend which is understandable.

Easy process to purchase a bike, kept in contact via email re update of order and really quick delivery. What more do you need.

Excellent, quick and safe purchase during lockdown. Staff on instant messaging were quick to answer my stock query and the store had the order ready shortly after. Great bricks and mortar store.

Very knowledgeable salesman looked after all aspects of sale and set bike up before I left the shop. Online system straightforward and easy to use. Had bike a few days and 55 miles later no issues apart from creaking noise from front end- salesman said this will be looked at during free service. ( could be my 50+ Body creaking too)

Fast bike delivery. (GT Stomper Ace) in 3 days. Well packed in a fairly large cardboard box. The bike is well protected without any damage with a full assembly kit which is extremely simple. I recommend it to everyone who knows what bike to buy and want to be sure that they will receive the product straight home thanks to online purchase.

Only 1/2 the order arrived.
No explanation as to why, so had to chase up order.

Also the krypotine lock was faulty.
Possibly not the fault of dales, but seems to be a pretty low quality product.
The risk of on line shopping I suppose as you can’t inspect it personally.

So completion of order and replacement of lock ongoing.

I ordered a pair of overshoes on Sunday, got a couple of witty messages advising me that my order had been received and it would be despatched ASAP and I should expect delivery on Wednesday. They arrived on Tuesday, just ahead of the message telling me that they were on their way. What could be better than that? I wore them yesterday, Saturday, and they were perfect.
