Very bad experience with Sales team, u gave EOI and following up for return more than 40 days. Staff is not responding in good will

We would like to put our comments about the home orientation representative assigned by Damac Ms Juliana that we are happy with her very professional way of dealing, punctual, very polite and professional. We give her a Five Stars

The team eng. khaja Aarif from damac & Mohammed sahahit from dlp was very helpful coordinating with neighboring apartment to solve the leakage issue from their side to ensure permanent resolution to the issue in my apartment.

At Damac, The focus is only going to be on the sale. I am very disappointed that during hand over; No body cares. The handover it self was delayed by 1 year; Which is fine; But after i got the notification to snag and get the keys. It took almost 2 months to take keys from them, Even when i completed all the required steps; They have no team or anyone to support hand overs; Everyone is busy doing sales; And people who actually buy are just waiting for them to give an appointment which is months away just for the key hand over; Literally a 2 min thing requires you to wait a month. Very disappointed.

I visited DAMAC Hills sales center on 22nd December. The sales team presented a project (building model) which was demonstrated in the sales center. I showed my interest in purchasing an apartment and asked the sale manager(Sajjad Farahani) to locate the apartment in the building which was shown on the 5th floor above the swimming pool. I paid for EOI in the sales office and agreed in 24 hours to finalize the sales and return to DAMAC sales office. After reviewing the received document and receiving advice from a specialist, I found out that the shown location of the apartment was not the 5th floor, it was actually located below the swimming pool, as part of the podium.!!!

On 23rd Dec, I informed DAMAC that I am not interested due to receiving false information regarding the apartment and asked for the refund. After a few days' delay of not returning the refund, I visited the customer service on 28th December, and I was informed that the refund process has not started yet as my information(phone number, email address and etc) in not exist in the DAMAC system as the sales manager put his own details.

Today is the second of January 2026 and I am still not able to start the process of a refund. I called the customer service a few times where a virtual assistant mentioned that since I am not registered in the system , I can not start the refund process and I can not be connected to a customer support assistant to explain the issue.

I am not really impressed regarding DAMAC sales process and still I don’t know how to sort out the issue!

The arrangements and timings and visiting was perfect. Juliana was with us showing the unit and everything was perfect.

When I enquired,D LP Engineer,Arshad solved my problem quickly and efficiently. His service is very good.
