Best customer service in Denmark

Our Damixa kitchen faucet needed the cold water cartridge replaced. Henrik N. from customer service walked me step by step through how to remove it, but it was really stuck, so he had me send it in and 2 days later I got it back in perfect working condition. Henrik and the others in his department were everything you would hope for in customer service: helpful, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Very Impressive.
