Excellent and personalised service.

The Cisor is great, but better is their customer service. Had a problem with the Headbone headphones and switch to the Cisor. Their customer service worked with me all the way. Many time you have to deal with Customer NO Service, but not with Damson.

I absolutely love my ‘pods’. I’ve just started a Couch to 5k and without these little beauties, I’d still be jogging backwards very slowly! I had a slight technical issue and within an hour, I had a reply with instructions on how to reset the ‘stereo balance’. I’d highly recommend these guys. Superb customer care x

I have the Headspace headphones and they are, by far, the best I've ever owned. I am hearing impaired and usually wear hearing aids. But with headspace, I can hear the music clearly without the aids, A nice bonus. Very effective noise cancellation. I am a retired audio/video engineer and I know good sound when I hear it. I highly recommend these headphones!

I bought the Damson Wireless Headphones around three years ago when they launched them through Indiegogo, was and still am very happy with the sound and quality of the product.

I picked them up the other day and noticed that the foldable earphone had come loose, looked like a pin or something had come out.

I contacted Damson and within 24 hours they responded and advised they would send two news pins free of charge.

I mean you can't ask for better customer service than that. I would have been happy to pay for the pins and postage as well and truly out of warranty. Just happy they could be repaired.

On a slightly separate note, the battery life of the headphones is awesome, three years old, used most days and still seem to last for ever and have the same charge as the day I received them.

Sound quality excellent just the right balance I find, fit is good but also supplied with rubber tips if needed. Delivery was fast and customer service good! Even when asked some questions about comparisons to other products. I think we should all support the small companies yer Amazon etc has the 43k sold headphones but why not support the smaller operations, I would happily and will buy from damson again!

Great product and excellent product would recommend them to anyone.

When the Hear Buds arrived they were not synchronising and the sound kept alternating between the right and left ear. I received a speedy response to my e-mail seeking help and a new set of Hear Buds was dispatched immediately. The person I dealt with (James) was courteous and extremely helpful. I am delighted with the new Hear Buds and use them every day and cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received. Great Company, great product and great customer service.
