The representative was very polite, very friendly and very explained and answered all our questions. Helped us with the brochures and allowed us the time and space we needed. Very happy with her service!

The ladies that worked there were very friendly, helpful and informative, i felt they gave us lots of information on all the properties that we were interested in, the only disappointment was the property we were most interested in wasn't ready so we couldn't see it, but wasn't there fault.

Same day appointment & a very professional presentation by Hannah. Excellent project & community however the houses were slightly smaller than our requirements. Will definitely recommend for all.

We have seen a couple of developments, both nice and sales people very helpful.
Chris and Gemma at Takeley were helpful and attentive.
Jo allowed us plenty of time to see the show homes and explained everything about Birch Park at Braintree.

Great service

I was welcomed with a smile from Sarah and Damien, which is always a nice start! The staff were friendly and answered my questions and provided information about available house types, local amenities, site layout and any options and offers. The show homes at the Orchard in Little Dunmow were clean, well presented and nicely furnished so you could see how the spaces can be used in a typical setting. I liked the space at the development and it’s in a good location for me.

Sarah and Damien were very friendly and welcoming at The Orchards, offering me a drink whilst I was there, which was lovely as it was a hot day.
They were very informative and able to answer all my queries.
The show homes were beautiful, overall it was relaxing and enjoyable appointment.

We have been looked after through the whole process. The site office staff are exemplary. Communication outstanding. The site manager helpful, knowledgeable & professional. Faultless. Thankyou so much in assisting us to buy the perfect home for us .

Can’t thank Ashley at Hawthorn Grove enough, I wasn’t sure what my budget would allow and he was able to talk me through my options and signpost me. Ashley was kind throughout and at no point felt pushy, made me feel comfortable at all times.

What a lovely experience when visited Dandara site. Hawthorn Grove. North Mundham. Was met and shown around by a very knowledgeable agent. Ashley Grey. It was quite obvious that he is passionate about his role. Readily able to answer any questions which I had.

We visited 2 Dandara sites to look at different show homes. Elliott was very helpful at the Braeburn Fields development. The hose we looked at was very nice quality and a lovely layout.

Amazing and big shout out to Melissa

The houses were amazing but we do not know the location very well. The setting of woodland on one side of the plot we have not seen anywhere else and it will be a lovely finish once all the houses are built.

Birch park site, Braintree lady was great understood what we wanted and gave good advice. New what she was talking about

I visited Dandara development in Hadlow and met a very knowledgeable, professional sales consultant Violetta. From start to finish, the conversation and meeting was great: not forced, natural and very informative. It gave me a lot to think about. I haven't considered a new built -- until now.
