Following two unsuccessful transactions and almost a year of trying to purchase a property on the Island, we have finally experienced truly exceptional service from Dandara Sales. The entire process has been seamless — organised, informative, and consistently centred around the customer experience. We are thoroughly impressed with Dandara, across both their rental and sales teams, and cannot thank them enough. They continually go above and beyond at every stage of the sales journey.
A particular thank‑you to Betty in the Sales Department. Her professional, customer‑focused approach, never a hard sell, always a genuine effort to understand our needs and tailor the process accordingly, made all the difference. Betty exemplifies what outstanding service should be.

Sales representative was informative, respectful, positive and friendly. Reception area was gave a positive impression...very modern and well lit.

I purchased my house on the orchard development in little Dunmow, Essex in December and had such a smooth and stress free experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Since moving in the site team are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Scott and Paul always responds and quickly and will do what they can to help. Thanks everyone

Super quick and solution-driven responses! We had a great experience with Courtney L who was very helpful and understanding.

The lady in the office was extremely helpful. What was not helpful was that despite two telephone conversations and online enquiries, I had not been made aware of the practice of collecting expressions of interest well in advance of properties being released, and I was very disappointed to find that all of the properties had already been provisionally allocated. It would have been very helpful to have been made aware of this when I first made contact 5 months ago.

After initial great service. Dandara have now taken contractors parking spaces and let them park anywhere they like in what was a quiet residential area. Taken down the “No contractor parking” signs . So between 7 and 8am it resembles a builders yard, with several cars jostling for spaces. After complaining, I’m told I’ll have to put up with it for a few months !!!!. Thanks Dandara.

Our experience was made great by Chris showing us around the show apartment, him answering all our questions, and being very helpful.
Dandara is doing very well in presenting a professional setup with regard to the show apartment, the lovely office and the professionalism of the staff. Chris also had a very good knowledge of the different phases available.

We have now reserved a Blenheim home on the Braeburn Fields development and Elliot has been amazing. Faultless. The business has been supportive I making the transaction smooth, including the part exchange scheme. We are excited for our move later in the year.

Tracy was the lovely lady who helped me today. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in, but she took the time to patiently explain everything, show me a property, and advise me on the best way forward for my situation.

Gabriel & Alex were incredibly pleasant during our completion and handover. Since moving in, Gabriel has been very prompt and supportive, responding to ‘teething issues’ as quickly as possible and ensuring the best possible after-care.

I had a great experience dealing with Betty. She is very friendly, professional, and took the time to gave me a very good deal. Although I decided not to proceed with the purchase due to financial circumstances, I really appreciated the helpful and honest approach. I would happily recommend her for anyone interested to purchase a property.

Alex provided fabulous support, answered our questions knowledgeably and the Larch show house is lovely with great storage - the only improvement I can think of would be to provide hard hats and high vis to view the inside of the house nearing completion just to get a feel for it.

Lovely home, staff are really helpful, and was completed almost bang on the scheduled date.
