Just bought a house in The Heathers from Fabian. He really knows his subject well and answered all of our questions. He offered to assist with things we didn’t even know we needed assisting with and made us feel like the whole process will be seamless. Thanks!

We visited the Whitehouse development in Milton Keynes, and we had an amazing experience with Dandara, especially Laura, who accompanied us and answered our questions professionally and patiently as we viewed multiple houses. She was kind, considerate and made our visit very enjoyable. I would recommend Dandara as a whole to anyone wanting to visit new developments.

This week we received excellent customer service from Dandara’s Customer Care Eastern team. We reported a leak from our shower a couple of days ago and immediately received a call from Connor at Robinson Plumbing and Heating. He arranged for his colleague Ian to attend this morning at 8am. Once the problem had been sorted Jen from Dandara then called to arrange for a painter to come and put right the ceiling damage caused by the leak. Paul arrived punctually at 1pm, applied stain block and then emulsioned the necessary areas for us.
Everything looks fantastic again and you would never know there had been a problem. We really are amazed at how quickly and efficiently our problem has been dealt with!

Violeta was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. We loved the show home except for the back garden.

We have decided that a retirement village would suit our needs better therefore we would not be buying in your development.

We were welcomed and given all the information we needed by Tracy. Very friendly. We were impressed by the site which was very tidy and from visiting the show house we could tell that this was a builder who we would be interested to follow.

The service was absolutely faultless. Unusually, every Department within Dandara actually communicates with each other. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was sorted out without fuss or delay.. Special thanks to Rebecca Cook in Sales and Russ Kelly in Quality Control. They are professionals at the top of their game. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I called Hannah at Manor Park Milton Keynes for some info on a listing online and was given all the information on the property and offered a tour of the site.The Tour was professional and personal and I came away impressed with both the site and the staff.
Call and email follow-up for the next visit was punctual as was promised.

I popped into The Heathers today and was met by Fabian he couldn’t have been more helpful with my questions and was very knowledgeable . I would certainly re visit when I am ready to move.

Overall an excellent experience. Jo the lady agent at the Wittering Place development greeted us with a friendly smile and explained all regarding the property layout and all the local amenities so before we view any new homes we had a very good understanding regarding build quality and the area. All our questions were answered clearly and professionally. When viewing the property’s we weren’t rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Because of this we are now very interested in one of the houses we vied. Recently we had looked at quite a few properties in the area with numerous estate agents, may l say this was the best experience myself and my wife have had by far!!! Lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have visited several sites and spoken to various members of staff, who without fail have been incredibly helpful.

Popped in to register for email alerts. The lady I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. Even though Dandara done have any suitable properties at the moment she was still up beat, and not dismissive of my budget restraints.

Great homes at The Acres development. Jon & Victoria were both very helpful and friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions.

We moved into our new home at Buckmore Green, Petersfield, two weeks ago and have had a brilliant experience with Dandara.

The whole process was seamless, and the team worked incredibly hard to get us moved in on the original completion date as promised. Tracy from Sales was fantastic throughout, always keeping us informed and helping with any questions we had. As we are first time buyers this was particularly helpful.

Since moving in, Tash and Luke (the site managers) have been brilliant. As with any new-build home, there have been some snags, but they have been quick to address them and have been helpful and approachable throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they've gone above and beyond to accommodate us.

We're delighted with our new home, the build quality is brilliant, and the standard specification throughout is much higher than most other developers. We would happily recommend Dandara to others. Thank you to the whole team!
