Bought ifish sandals on line
Bought ifish sandals on line. First pair were too big and sent back. Refunded quickly. Second pair were just right so I kept them. Leather upper very soft and pliable. Soles lovely and bendy so didnt need wearing in. Only minor complaint was the insoles, which were made of shiny plastic. Soft but could make blisters.

I ordered some shoes from Daniel’s footwear and I never received my shoes they said that I didn’t pay all the fees, but I put all my card information and I paid everything they charged me and they told me that I forgot to pay a fee that they were reaching out to me, but I never received a phone call or a email or anything.I was the one always emailing. When are my shoes going to arrive and they would say oh check on your tracking code. They never told me that I forgot to pay a fee, which how am I going to forget to pay a fee I put my card information and paid everything they were asking for and they gave me a refund, but they did not give me my full refund terrible experience will not be shopping from their website ever again

As your order was being shipped internationally, import duties and taxes are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not included in the amount paid to Daniel Footwear at checkout. These charges are payable separately to the courier before delivery where applicable.
We contacted you by email to make you aware of the potential customs charges before dispatch. When the parcel remained unpaid, it was returned to us by the courier. Upon its return, we processed a refund in line with our international returns policy. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs are non-refundable as these services had already been provided.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the customs process did not meet your expectations.
