Shoes arrived really quickly & looked great. Wore them a few times on holiday and they are so uncomfortable. Was advised I had to keep them & they were expensive. Disappointed with the response.

Inconvenient refund process
Although I’ve always been pleased with the quality of the products, I’ve recently been disappointed with the customer service. On two separate occasions I was incorrectly charged both the delivery and return costs after returning an item despite using the £2.50 subsidised return service. The first time was for a faulty item, and the second because the trainers didn’t fit properly. In both cases I had to contact customer service to have the delivery charge refunded.
While the issue was resolved politely the first time, my second experience was far less satisfactory. When I asked why this keeps happening, I was simply told, “The system can’t do it automatically,” with no apology for the repeated error or the inconvenience caused.
