Shocking customer service.
Would do zero stars if I could! Sent the wrong order and are now not answering emails to confirm they have the bag I ordered and paid for still in stock…not showing on their website, so I don’t trust them. Other customers have not been refunded. They clearly pay for their good reviews!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, sent my item back weeks ago and still no response in regards to receiving my refund. I have now had to open a dispute with PayPal and make a claim and still have not had any aknowledgement or communication back from them. They have untill 14th of July to respond to PayPal. They received this item back on the 18th June as I sent recorded delivery 1st class monitoring the tracking all the way.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
